This job was to replace 18 windows in an ninety-eight year old house. The three man crew, Fenale Gonzalez, Fidel and Danillo arrived at 08:30 and worked until 9:50 PM, finishing up wearing headlamps to help them see. The entire crew was very respectful of me and my home. They tried to ensure there was not damage inside or out side of my house and they took care to clean up all debris from the old windows and hall it away.The windows, look great and I have already notice the climate difference inside the house. I highly recommend Primax for anyone needing new windows and if you have they same three man crew, you can set back and let them go about their task to improve your home. I've attached photos of the finished product. I need to add, that while cleaning up, I noticed a few minor areas around my inside window frames that needed repaired. I called Primex and within 48 hours they had the installation crew back on site and they fixed the area I was concerned about. Their customer service and responce time is awesome.

This marks the second time they’ve replaced windows in this house—about 25 years ago, they did the originals, and even though we didn’t live here during that first installation, the windows performed so reliably that only two ever failed over all those years. We got a new tub installed in our home, where the previous tub was from 1957! The bathroom looks so much better and the shower/tub combo is so nice!!! Before and after pics for reference!

Mr. Gonzalez and his crew were very good at their job. Explained things to me as they installed the windows. Excellent at their job and everything was picked up and cleaned up.
Our bathroom looks amazing and we were very impressed with the work of the installation. Our installer’s name was Jeremy, who created such a seamless install. (Truly taking out a heavy iron tub would never be an easy task).
We ordered deep colors in copper/brown. And the rest of the bathroom has the lighter shades in cream tile & stone. It created a much needed update that stands out with the clean lines in the shower.

The new windows looks very nice. I can already tell a difference, there is not any drafts are the window. Pavel was extremely pleasant and polite. Can tell he takes great pride in is work. He left the area as clean as when he came in.
Love the windows. Pavel was our installer, he is the best. Polite, professional, seamless installation. Very clean, left no mess behind. You want this man doing work for you, he does not cut corners. Came back the next morning to make sure no touch ups were needed (and they weren't needed). Can't say enough about Pavel, Primax is lucky to have him. I only gave him 5 stars, because I couldn't give him 6. Awesome!!
