Charlie & Luis were awesome! I strongly recommend CPI for any of your plumbing needs. They want stop until the job is done. Charlie made sure that after his first visit and attempt of making it all work, that he would schedule another visit and come with a team member to ensure the job is done right. There was a leak after the installment. Charlie followed through and got me another appointment with CPI. Antonio and Jay were superb in coming in and helping out! They looked over everything, and ensured that CPI would cover everything because of the warranty. Not only did they remove the drywall, Antonio and Jay reinstalled it better than ever, and the new piping fixed the leak; everything looks great! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and thorough work! CPI is so lucky to have such incredible people working for their company! We had water service line leak, Danny the technician arrived on time, explained everything to us clearly. He is nice, knowledgeable and professional. He finished the job by himself perfectly and the area was left clean. We would definitely request this technician again when we contact CPI Service in the future.

Antonio did an excellent job fixing the water heater room noise issue. He took the time to properly diagnose the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms, which I really appreciated.

He went through multiple steps to resolve it, including draining and cleaning the water heater and adding vibration pads between the water pipes and the wall to reduce the noise transmission.

He was professional, thorough, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend Antonio if you’re dealing with similar issues.

I had 2 plumbing repairs. Replacing water connectors to the washer and replacing shower cartridge. It took 2 visits; one for estimate and one for the repair. Both visits took about one hour. I called on Thursday and was able to get an appointment at 11 am and repair was completed on Monday. Both service reps were courteous and prompt. Text messages to confirm appointment and estimated time of arrival worked well.

Danny Harn - doesn't get any better in terms of expertise and customer service. We had 5 water heaters that needed upgrading - his attention to detail is what made a huge impression and basically did whatever was needed to do an expert job. Thank you Danny for looking after our biggest ticket items - water heaters.

Bunhak is very professional and respectful to my Alzheimer mother when working for fixing both my heating system and my AC. He even went out of his way help me with my door bell for free. I'm extremely happy about his service. Now we can live through the cold winter system with a working heating system. Thank you, Bunhak very much!

Thanks to CPI plumbing I was able to get my kitchen sink drain unclogged and a new garbage disposal installed as well as they replaced all the pipes under my sink. Special thanks to Charlie who spent the day making sure everything was up and running. Shamir was really helpful and so was Gerardo!

Our new Heat Pump system has just been installed and we are very pleased with CPI and the new equipment. We are especially grateful for the knowledgeable and hard working technician Bunhak, who worked throughout our recent heatwave wave to finish the job. We would highly recommend the company CPI for any HVAC installation or maintenance.

Gerardo and Shamir came to my place today - when they said they would -and listened patiently to my explanation of what's going on with my water leak. They checked the sprinkler system, the meter, the main shutoff and gave good, understandable advice about steps to correct the leak issue. I appreciate the time they spent doing this with me.
