We’re extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of the products we received. They replaced our patio door and four windows in our second-story condo, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Their pricing was far more reasonable than other companies we looked into, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Our installation team were friendly, professional, and kept us updated throughout the process. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly as they worked.

I am a general contractor and for first time I placed an order for my customer entire house. All windows arrived damaged . There are pieces of glue inside the glass. Also dirt inside the glass. Keep calling them every week and they promise that they will send someone and they would replace them. Waiting already 3 months. Worst company will worst quality and worst customer service. Do not order from them. Buy from Pella or Anderson. Never had problem with them.

If the profile is thicker and better configurations are chosen, such as hinges, sealing strips, insulation strips, etc., perhaps the performance of doors and windows will be better and the service life will be longer. This will definitely improve and make customers more satisfied

Crystal Window & Door Systems provided new windows for my apartment that had been smashed in by fire fighters. 3 years later, the seal has broken on them, moisture got in there and they are ruined (see photos). Same problem for my neighbors. The glazier who replaced them noted the glue seal was cheap and cost saving, and that patch work (see photos) suggested someone knew there was a problem and did a poor job trying to fix it. When they were challenged on it, Crystal Windows refused to do anything, taking the position that the windows are out of warranty. I'm no lawyer and can't fairly comment on this part, but my understanding is that they are relying on a commercial property warranty rather than a residential warranty because it's an 81 unit coop in New York City. I don't think it should matter! The bottom line is Crystal Windows cut corners and provided cheap, crappy, defective replacement windows to people who had their homes lost in a fire and were trying to rebuild their lives, and then refused to take any responsibility for it. Do not recommend.

I hired an installer to replace my balcony door in February 2024. The installer took 4 months because not known to me they ordered from Chrystal. The installer took out the old sliding balcony door and replaced it with the door from Chrystal. Till this day April 2025 the door does not close properly. Also Chrystal "engineers" came to see door three times and nothing has been done about it. The Chrystal engineer was also snappy, and condisenting. Now still waiting to see the outcome. I gave a one star because I would like to say -5 negative five stars.

I ordered new aluminum windows and glass sliding doors to replace my 30+ year-old ones. Unfortunately, the new windows arrived with scratched aluminum frames and overhanging gaskets, indicating a lack of quality control.
Additionally, a technician was scheduled to replace the rubber gaskets but never showed up, and I was unable to reach anyone at the office during business hours.
Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring other window providers.

I purchased several windows with low e and argon glass to replace 35 year old windows. These windows are performing worse than the old ones. They came out to check on my complaint and their technician admitted that something was wrong. After several attempts to contact them after their inspection, I was now told that the technician never said there was anything wrong and their windows were not defective. I filed a claim with BBB but Crystal refused to stand by their product. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
