Wish I could give a ZERO rating but there is no option for that here. Please save your hard earned money! Spent 14k on a brand new heating and cooling system. Sales rep Mike will promise a world to you but neglects calling back. Our tenants have been out of heat for 2 WEEKS now! Mike confirmed service techs yesterday but cancelled the service appointment. This company is a total scam. We are looking into legal action.

This company had come into our home to replace our central air unit 2 years ago. The day they installed the new system, they damaged our ceiling. The owner, Bill, and his multiple managers kept telling us they definitely were fixing the damage they caused. They made us forward photos of the damage 4 different times. They sent a guy to repair it, he didn’t know how to do it. So we agreed that I would get quotes. I got two quotes. They were happy with one quote and agreed to pay us to use the company we found. Since then, the owner has told us that he mailed the check to pay for the repairs. He told us that on two separate occasions! Must’ve gotten lost he said. I advised them we never received the check. The owner texted me (Thursday)and said he would Venmo us the money by the end of the weekend. It’s Monday, no Venmo. I call on Monday, he now says this will be done by the end of the week. It’s just more excuses not to pay us what we deserve!
I would not suggest using this company! The owner (Bill) does not stand by his word! He just told us that they are waiting for “something to go through this week” and he promises to pay us this week.

I just had a gas furnace installed yesterday. I had the best experience with any maintenance repair ever! The guys were professional, great to work with and they did a beautiful job!
A new furnace is a big investment(mine was 26 y/o) and dying a slow death! Just as much as the furnace, installation is key! I just can't say enough about what an awesome job they did!
From the sales person, secretary, and a great group of guys...my experience was 5 star! I would highly recommend!
It's now quiet and toasty in my home! Love you guys! Happy holidays to all!

Zach got me scheduled quickly and Ryan was fantastic on site - he did a great job diagnosing/ finding the leak in my mini split and getting things patched up and the unit recharged and performing like new. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Direct again for any future HVAC needs I have.

Direct home services was on time for their appointment, great communication prior to arrival. And had our system fixed and running in about an hour! The technician was very helpful and they had the tools to diagnose and investigate the issues with our mini-splits that were very specific to HVAC equipment - super helpful.
There seemed to be a little miscommunication between the dispatcher and the technician upon arrival (my reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but after a quick conversation and looking at the unit, everything was resolved easily. I will definitely call Direct Home Services for maintenance or if there's any issues in the future.
I also really appreciate that they charge hourly (instead of lump sum) and the technician was eager to do his work quickly to keep the time down. Really appreciate the effort.

Ben Green and his team were fantastic! He cared about me and my situation to come as soon as possible. The team came in with shoe covers, put down tarp in walkways and worked in horrible hot conditions, barely sopping. They cleaned up nicely and stayed late to make sure it was right.
My home is cool and I am extremely happy with Direct. Will recommend them to everyone. Do wish the outside wire covers were brown, not white.

I was strongly impressed by Direct Home Services. As fate would have it, just prior to an unbearable heat wave, our condominium Central Air conditioning ceased working.
Scheduling an appointment with Direct Home Services was very easy and communication as to the arrival time of our service person was crystal clear.

Huge thanks to Mike and the team for getting our AC back up and running so quickly. Our system went out a few days before the heatwave, and they were able to get a tech out next day, diagnose it, and order/replace the part in just over a week. Other places couldn’t even get me in for a diagnosis visit until after that! Thank you so much for keeping us cool and safe. Will be using Direct Home Services for all our future HVAC needs.

We just had a new furnace and central AC installed by Direct Home Services. I can’t say enough about the whole team and process. Dustin took the time to understand our needs and clearly explain our options. We did our homework and got three quotes and DHS beat both the price and system, including Home Depot's. The installers, Tommy and Bobby, were friendly and respectful, they did the removal of the old system and the install quickly, and left everything clean and neat. The system has worked flawlessly and every room in the house is comfortable. I highly recommend Direct Home Services.
