Jeremy and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. They replaced my vinyl siding and a few windows and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

When searching for a company to replace some windows it was very challenging. I was very relieved when I met Rick as he was very knowledgeable and engaging and they worked with me on the price. When the installers came they were nice and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very impressed by the work they did and I love the new windows!

I needed service on my older windows my brother did years ago. I called to ask if they could help. Next day one of the guys came to my house and replaced what was broken. I am so pleased with a company that its name is its mission statement QUALITY!!

I am not a customer and have never requested a quote. I received a call at 8pm on a Thurs evening that I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.

I then receive a text from Jeremy, referring to me as Ron, which is not my name at all. He says he's responding to my request for a quote and wants to know when the best time would be to chat.

I responded to advise he has the wrong number. He actually replied stating..."Sort of funny since a reverse phone number search has your name on it. Why submit a quote request voluntarily if you weren't going to talk to us?"

First of all he had the WRONG NUMBER but what type of company does a reverse lookup on a number (which would never give him a result for Ron) just to harass someone about a freaking window and siding quote?? That was so unprofessional and very creepy.

I do not need a quote for anything but if I did I would definitely never contact this company for one.

Update after that unbelievable response: THERE IS NO RON. THERE WAS NEVER A RON. IM A GROWN WOMAN AND DON'T HAVE FRIENDS WHO WOULD PULL A MEANINGLESS PRANK AS YOU ARE SUGGESTING.

Absolutely you should treat people how you want to be treated and this is the most unprofessional, unnecessary thing I've ever seen in my life.

My number is not associated with anyone named Ron so as I stated YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. Smh this is crazy. Maybe YOU dialed the WRONG NUMBER. To respond at all was highly unnecessary in the first place but to continue to say these things is absolutely ridiculous.

Update: I replaced several windows because of a leak. I was told by this company the leak was caused due to a damaged window and that replacing it would be the best option. One of the replaced windows has been leaking for three months. They sent someone out to recaulk it. Still leaking. Sent someone out again, recaulk again and told me the gutters being full was the problem. I felt lied to as the ONLY reason I replaced some windows was because I was told I needed to to stop a leak. Had the gutters professionally cleaned. Still having leaks. This time I'm told it could be because of damaged siding (no visible damage that I can see). They come out again. This time they don't even tell me if they did anything. Reached out again today. At this point, my flooring is damaged due to the constant leaks. I'm out the approximately five thousand dollars for windows, and my house is in worse shape than it started. I will update again if this situation resolves or worsens.

I got a couple of windows from these folks and I'm really happy with them. It did take quite awhile for the windows to be made but the installation went pretty quick and the install guys were really nice.
