Elevated Remodeling

We had a great experience with Elevated Remodeling. From start of choosing our window to final installation. I would highly recommend the windows that are quality , good craftsmanship , to the team that installs. Very professional, helpful, and tidy. We saved thousands of dollars compared to the big name windows. They really Elevated the appearance of our home inside and out! Thank you Elevated! Keep up the amazing work!

Initially I was pleased with the process and results. However, time has tested the quality of the workmanship and revealed some issues. The caulking itself seems to have been done a bit on the sloppy side, and some has failed just under one year into service. The screen on my basement slider sticks as well. The roof seems ok, I cannot see most of it.
(REVISION 7/24/25) Rob came out on time as scheduled by Chris to perform service on the affected portions of the work. He pointed out additional issues I was unaware of and fixed them as well. A new screen slider is due to arrive in 4-6 weeks, just in time for Fall. Overall it restored confidence in the work.

Elevated came to give me a quote on getting some windows replaced and spent several hours with my wife and I explaining every detail and giving demonstrations of their windows and the effect it would have. Very Very patient and polite. We decided to get a few windows replaced and the process was painless the entire way. They came out to verify the measurements and then the installers came out. Everyone was so polite and respectful and did such an amazing job. My daughter's room was always so hot and the windows truly made a difference and it is noticeably cooler in her room now. Would def recommend Elevated for windows. Great product and great people.

Roughly $30k on the total of projects…I likely would shop around a little better next time.

The team at Elevated Remodeling worked patiently with us as we made a significant transformation to our siding which included new trim and gutters. The team was committed to our satisfaction as they understood that details mattered to us, including how the new trim and siding would match the roof and yes, even the existing drip edge! Color selection was challenging so we paid a modest fee to Alside to provide us with an interactive rendition in advance (see website).We were also satisfied by the material selection (foam backed siding) which seems ready to withstand impacts and provide an upgrade to our insulation. It should be noted that we were duly satisfied by the installation team which worked efficiently and allowed our observation and feedback along the process.

Great windows, room climate changed immediately for the better. Very easy to work with. Supported the process from beginning to end. Handled also all communication with the HOA. Installation team was very professional and executed flawlessly. We were so satisfied with the first part of the window replacement, that we just contracted the remaining windows to be replaced.

Jerrell and Jacob came to our home yesterday to provide us with information about scheduling an appointment for an estimate. They were both extremely friendly, understanding of our schedule, and willing to provide detailed information. Masen Fry was our remodeling consultant and was punctual, professional, and helpful. I can say honestly that if Masen was not the consultant that came here today I am not sure that we would've signed any contracts for remodeling. After listening to everything Masen had to say, learning about his life a little, and understanding the quality of work that Elevation Remodeling provides, we were sold! I am extremely satisfied with the experience we had and cannot wait to see the work they provide on our new roof!
