Had our master bedroom carpet replaced the end of April, 2025 in Cape Coral. The carpet is awesome but they forgot my walk in closet. I was so upset after taking everything out of it. Called it in to talk to management three times and no call back. Horrible customer service. Nobody cares if your closet did not get done.

Empire hired Zapata flooring Zapata pays their guys cash they shot down 1/2 acx with 3 1/2 gun nails hit our 3/4 inch water line empire and Zapata had a guy spend 6 hours to fix it , couldn't 8 hours the next day still couldn't fix it, never again.

We had set up our installation for the kitchen flooring in
2024.We had problems with the crew that was scheduled to install the flooring. They did not show sowe had to call and complain. Then afterawhile a section of the kitchen flooring was coming up so we called again. That took a while. They came with the materials and had to replace a large section of the plank flooring which was done, but recently we noticed that again the flooring was coming up and this time i was told that i would have to pay the full price again. My opinion is that it is the workmanship. I wll never ever give a good review to this company. I would go out of my way to go somewhere else.

Jerry Winderweedle was the best, he was straight up and truthful with the estimates. We called one day and they scheduled an appointment the next and we scheduled to have the flooring done in two days. His service was excellent I really appreciate his honesty and the discounts, which we appreciated. Definitely will send referrals his way. Looking forward to the new look of our home.
