If I could add a half star, I would. Windows ordered in August. I was never told it would take months. I went weeks without getting updates. I had to pester them on numerous occasions to get an update. Finally, in December, the windows were to be installed. I was told two days to complete. Two full days later, the job was not complete. Instead of just finishing on a third day, the completion was dragged out over the end of two work days. Apparently, the installers must have had other priorities as a week went by without completion. I again had to pester someone to get the job finally finished. So, no I would not again use this company who seems to specialize in verbal promises but has to be bugged to complete their work. I paid way too much money for a marginal experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with Energy Home Pros was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an estimate, no one followed through. I submitted a form on their website for a quote but never received a callback. The next day, I called to follow up, and they were unaware of my request. They eventually scheduled a visit for an estimate, but unfortunately, no one showed up. When I called again, they informed me that they wouldn’t send anyone due to being late and didn't offer to reschedule. Overall, the communication has been very disappointing, and I feel let down by their service. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism. In particular, the disingenuous guy (Randy or something like that) who spoke on the phone was not helpful and left a very negative impression of the company. Although I was prepared to go ahead and sign the contract for 9 window replacements, he is the reason I stopped working with them.
