I highly recommend Erie Home for roof replacement. They weren't the lowest price but I liked the quality of their product. The presentation was long but very informative. The sales person had samples to back up their sales presentation. The project manager and crew did an excellent with the install and clean up. Follow up after sale and after completion was impressive. I was worried about using an out of town firm but I'm glad I picked Erie.

Contracted Erie Home to install shake shingle metal roof on house and separate garage. Found roof underlayment needed to be replaced on house portion following fiberglass shingle removal. They replaced wood underlayment where necessary, installed ice guard and synthetic underlayment over entire roof surface, installed metal roofing and ridge venting. Crew arrived early and stayed late on the two days required to finish the project, sunrise to sunset. The crew was professional, efficient and courteous, could not ask for better. Results were more than satisfactory, roof looks fantastic! We would recommend Erie Home in a heart beat for anyone looking to install a metal roof. Great company to work with on this project. Thank you very much for a job well done!

The Sales Manager spent time with us to discuss options and answer our questions. He worked with us to ensure we received the appropriate service at the best possible price. The crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, kept us informed of progress, and completed the project ahead of schedule. The crew was fastidious in their work and in cleaning up. The General Manager was regularly onsite to check on the work and to make sure we were satisfied with the service delivered. The great part working with Erie Home is their professionalism and speed at which they could get started and complete the job. They completed 100% of work that was spelled out in our contract. They did a great job with clean up. This company is certainly not cheap but who wants a cheap roof with sub-par quality work that will lead to problems down the road. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and trust that Erie Home will live up to the support that they promised over the next 30 years.

Erie did a phenomenal job from inspection to installation, including helping us get the right gutter/protection system installed. The financing was great, and the scheduling of it all couldn't have been more perfect. The roof is beautiful and best of all we are 100% leak free thanks to Rich, Damien and the rest of team Erie. A top quality job from end to end that has added more than a score of years to our summer home. We would not hesitate to recommend Erie to do the roofs and/or gutters in the rest of the homes in our MI or NC neighborhoods.
