The roofers were always friendly and respectful. The installation was perfect and they did a wonderful job of clean up. The manager came to look over the installation and verified with us that we were satisfied and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus the warranty is great

I have completed a project to re-roof my ~2600 square foot residence August 2025 with Erie Home. The new Erie Home fiberglass reinforced shingled roof replaced a 19 year old asphalt roof that was showing its age with curling and cracking shingles. Erie was awarded the project with consideration of not just the cost estimate, but included their reputation, their sales agent's thorough presentation of pros and cons for various solution technologies, well-prepared Q&A, fitment to my property planning needs and an overview of a flexible financing alternative to cash payment.

The construction crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date working around some accommodation for heavy rainfall days. The tear-off of the old roof was accomplished with tarps catching virtually all of the debris (nails, shingles etc.). The repairs were performed to my satisfaction with some MDF roof decking replacements, new pipe boots and a new kitchen exhaust hood. An Erie Home project manager was assigned and the construction crew supervised by Erie Home employees.

The new roof was installed, site cleanup and sign off on the installation was all completed in one day. The roof looks great and should give good service for many years under the warranty.

I recommend that Erie Home be considered / consulted for any residential re-roofing project.

They did a great job and the finished product looked great.

Well, I'd already worked 3rd shift and was off for the weekend. I came home early that morning and they were hard at work. I left for breakfast, took my time and returned to see the progress. They had been in the process of tearing off the old roof and preparing the new plywood and installing it so I left again. By 4pm they were finishing up with laying down the protection layer and they began to nail down the new shingles until 6:30pm. They utilized the daylight very well! They returned Saturday morning and finished all the other things like metal edges, air ventilation and capped it off. But what really impressed me was how clean they were when the job was done! My porch and property was left far cleaner than when they started! Even the nails were picked up with a magnet! For roofing that will last fifty five years or so it was well worth it! Everyone was professional and friendly and my salesman cared about my finances and worked with me on a payment amount. If you're in need of a great quality product for your home, give Eerie a call! I've seen their advertising for years and held off. I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger!

Salesmen/inspectors were great, very knowledgeable of their products and existing roof. Install manger and install crew were great too, done a fantastic job and good clean-up after the job. Great communication throughout the entire process.
