If I could give them Zero, I would. My elderly mother had them come in for an estimate in good faith and these people used aggressive sales tactics, lies, and etc. to try and get her to say yes before they left. This is even after she repeatedly told him that she must discuss it with her children first. They basically held her hostage in her house for over three hours. Ridiculous. Do better.

What I did like is that is The workers who came to do roof replacement were on time. they were scheduled to be here between 6:30 - 7:00 am, they arrived about 6:50 am. Charles the sight manager was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. there was some that I did not like is that I feel there was some deception when this product was sold to me this what I was told and this is what sold me on the product:
1. The fifty year warrenty also applied to the Fiber glass shingles,( this is not not true )
2. I was told by one of the salesmen, that a role of underlayment would be placed over the whole roof instead of the black role of underlayment , and then another role of this peel and stick underlayment would be put on top of that for additional protection. ( This is what sold me on this companies product. But what the salesmen told were partially true. I found out the morning of February 6,2026 as they as they were putting the new roof down. I notice they did not put the peel and stick underlayment over the whole roof.
The peel and stick underlayment is only applied to edges of the roof, and the valleys where the largest amount of water will flow down.
When I called and talk Benjamin Campbell about it, it was then that I was told , Oh no, that is not required to go over the whole roof in the here. I politely let him know that I am disappoint because that is not what I was told by the salesmen January 13, 2026 and that they were being deceptive in their presentation.
I want you to know that that the fifty year warranty only applies to the metal roofing . The Thirty year warranty only applies to the fiber glass shingles and even, there then are certain stipulations within their warranty you will be possibly responsible for certain expense when it is determine to be so.
I picked this company because I believe they have a good product and it back by a good warranty. I believe if you want quality you pay for quality. The roof does look good. And it was expensive. but in all honesty I told one thing, and partially got delivered another. And when you standing there and all of the old roofing has been removed it is to late to turn back, that is when a bunch of things change.
By the time this roof needs to be replaced again I will I most likely have passed on. And with what I know now, I can not in good conciense recommend this company at this time. Only time will tell.
