Their professionalism and thoroughness gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly satisfied with the results. The crew was very polite and professional. After they cleaned up, you couldn't find a screw or nail anywhere! The entire process took just one day to complete, which was incredibly convenient for us. The pricing was fair and transparent, with a detailed estimate provided upfront and no hidden costs or surprises.

Fast friendly service with great workmanship and attention to detail. All of my bad roof decking was replaced and new roof installed in one day. They sent a large enough crew to do the job right. Spent a lot of time and great detail making sure all debris was removed including sweeping my yard for nails.

The salesman I worked with helped out a lot in getting us to a great solution for our house before the winter months came. The warranty is reassuring for any unexpected issues. The installation time was very fast, and they were very accommodating to me, as I was going to be out of state during the installation window. The salesman also ensure I was getting the best deal with the loan I would be getting by getting a lower percentage after a deal was agreed upon initially, saving me money, which I don’t feel he needed to do, but wanted to do. Going the extra mile, when I hadn’t asked for it.

It’s always difficult to spend so much money at one time, but we knew the roof needed to be renewed as we had leaks in the ceilings in a couple of rooms. The salesperson reassured us that we needed to do it and put no pressure on us to choose Erie Home. We liked all the options we were given and benefited from various discounts and were given a fair price. The work started almost immediately and took only 1 1/2 days with good clean up. Erie Home worked with our solar company to get the panels down and the project was completed quickly. We like the new look of the fiber glass shingles and have received compliments from our neighbors as well.
