We noticed some leaking downstairs in our newly renovated kitchen after showers, and while other companies suggested just covering the old tub to save money, we were worried that wouldn’t fix the problem. We didn’t want to take the risk and went with Five Star for a complete replacement instead.

During replacement, Latchman and Keen found the real issue under the tub (validating our decision), replaced the plumbing, reinforced the space, and installed a beautiful new tub. The owner, Phil, even stopped by during the project to check on progress and our satisfaction, we truly felt cared for.

I wish I had a full “before” picture, but the green tub gives you an idea of where we started. They have a wide selection of designs, from walls to tubs to shower heads, so it was easy to pick finishes that match our bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with the result! After looking through reviews for bath remodeling, I chose FIVE STAR BATH SOLUTIONS to update my bathroom. I met with one of their representatives then the owner who walked me through the process. As important as the quality of the materials used is the professionalism of their workers. Latchman and Keen showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project as scheduled. Both men were always courtesy, friendly, and professional. Latchman was the lead worker. He is absolutely amazing! He communicates clearly and effectively while actively listening to your questions and needs, provides constructive feedback, and displays strong analytical skills in addressing challenges. We recently had a walk-in shower installed by Five Star Bath Solutions. The work was completed in two days as promised. Latchman was the lead installer and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and kept us informed of the job’s progress throughout. He was courteous, respectful, and ensured our home was kept as clean as possible during the installation. When one of the parts arrived with a scratch, they promptly ordered a new one & replaced it as soon as a new one arrived.

All in all, a great experience from start to finish & we would highly recommend them to anyone doing their bathroom.

From beginning to end, Latch was very transparent throughout whole process. Very neat cared about the house along with the work. He knew what he was doing paid attention to Detail and did a fantastic job in very fast timing. Highly recommend these guys. It’s hard to find good help these days this guy is the real deal.
