Five Star Bath, and especially Johnny and Noah are an amazing team. They responded to a minor issue we had 1 1/2 years after installation and it was resolved within 72 hours of the call. They are golden and would use them again for our next bathroom remodel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recommend to anyone interested in quick and easy remodel. I converted a shower to a bathtub. Every single person I met with the company was very professional and helpful. They did everything promised, had a bunch of options to choose from and even suggested ways to make it look better as the end result. The work done was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Jovani Junior, Pedro and Jeremy for making the whole experience easy and creating a beautiful new bathroom. I will definitely use this company again to remodel the rest of my bathrooms.

Salesman lied to me before any installation began. Promised 2 installers, only 1ever showed up. Spent more time on the phone than he did working. The shower pan discolored with the first shower. I still cannot get it clean. I spent 11thousand dollars to have my bathtub ripped out. Do not walk away from this group, RUN away as fast as you can!!!

The installer, Noah, was prompt, courteous, meticulous, and precise. Noah worked diligently the entire workday, and cleaned the area before leaving each day. He communicated to me when challenges arose, and recommended solutions. The end result is such a beautiful remodel, erasing all doubt that this was the company to choose.

Five Star Bath Solutions did a great job updating our tub and shower in the master bath area. They performed quality work and were conscientious about details, arrival / departure times, and they were so kind to our doggies. Noah and Charles were the installers - they were excellent. And Randy the 'glass guy' is just awesome ... everything fit perfectly! Thanks Erik for a job well done! Several showers later we are still so happy!!

We love our new shower and tub that Noah installed for us last week. He was able to remove the old tub by himself and then worked through a downpour to make sure our bathroom was finished in two days instead of the planned three days. We will definitely be recommending Five Star Bath Solutions to our friends and family.

We had no idea that our new shower could be so so much better than our old one. From the sales lady Jessica to Eric project Mgr to Noah the installer to finally Andy the glass installer, the workmanship, the knowledge of what needed to be done, the courtesy and then the final product, we are ecstatic. We are so happy we went with Five Star Bath Solutions of Arlington for our walk in shower! Harlan Smith answered all of our questions and was so great to work with! Harold and Roy did a fantastic job with the demo and installation! They were so friendly and professional and cleaned up everything! We are so pleased!
