From beginning to end, working with Five Star Baths was great.

Unlike the other companies we'd interviewed, we were given a variety of options in terms of getting both the deep soaking tub we wanted w/out sacrificing a second shower.

What's more, Ahmed plugged those options into a computer system that allowed us to see them against even our current bathroom paint color which meant feeling more confident about the choices we ultimately made.

And then, earlier than even promised, Ahmed's team, Art and Chris, showed up to do the demo and renovation and clearly communicated what the process would be before getting the job done in just 2.5 days. And in addition to being great communicators, both were very precise, tidy and personable which is appreciated when inviting anyone into your home.

In short, my husband and I can't recommend Five Star Baths enough, and are so glad we chose them for our much loved bathroom renovation.

Ultimately, I was able to feel confident in going forward with my choices. I also appreciated that the price he quoted included everything needed for my project, as opposed to some other places I researched. Ahmed continued to check in until installation day, allowing adjustments.
My installer, Chris, was prompt, professional, and meticulous. He is also a very pleasant guy who put up with my nervous terrier! He installed everything in two days, checking in with me for customization preferences. Such a hard worker!
