Excellent experience with this team. From Charlie’s first visit, to the design process with Phil and Nate, to demo and construction, I was impressed every step of the way. I needed help reconfiguring a small space, and they delivered. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted, and also gave expert advice. They were meticulous about cleaning up each day and showing care for the rest of my home. Pricing was transparent, and I would hire them again in the heartbeat.

Charlie from Five Star Bath Solutions came to evaluate my project. I was initially interested in a simple caulking repair for now, with the possibility of a full tub remodel in the future. I requested quotes for both options. However, once it became clear that I wasn’t ready to proceed with a full remodel at this time, it seemed he lost interest in providing any quotes. Despite reaching out twice for a response, I never heard back. It appears that since there wasn’t a large project involved, my inquiry wasn’t worth his time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Charlie and his team were great! Phil and Nate worked hard at getting my tub and shower walls replaced. Wayne helped the process go smoothly. In addition, I also had a skylight tunnel that i wanted repaired and painted before the tub was replaced; they had the resources (Ray) and they made sure that was complete as well! It was a one stop shop, and we are more than happy with the results. I would highly recommend!

Our experience with Five Star Bath Solutions was great. A small shower and large bath was replaced with a beautiful and large walk in shower. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. What I really appreciate from their entire crew was their experience and professionalism. They answered all our questions patiently and never once did we feel high pressure to sign with them. We would do it again.

I recently had to two bathrooms renovated by five star Bath solutions of Denver West, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a single woman, who enters the space is very important to me, and from consultation to the moment the project was finished I felt comfortable and at ease and trusting of all the contractors and workers who visited my home over the two week period. Everyone was tolerant of my questions especially with the main bathroom being renovated which had previously been installed by someone who did not know what they were doing. Caesar and Phil were very knowledgeable and informative about their process letting me come in and take photographs for documentation along the way. The finished products in both bathrooms are beautiful, highly functional, and the price very affordable. The value added to the property is well beyond what I paid. I also had such a great experience working with the owner, and payments were flexible and easy to make. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to upgrade your bathroom at any level.

Our experience with Five Star Bath Solutions Denver West was excellent throughout. We cannot speak highly enough about everyone we met through this no pressure and hassle free process. From our initial meeting with Andrew, to Charlie/Nick who came by to measure and provide more information/choices, to the installation team of Caesar and Phil (the A team). Everyone was friendly, courteous, communicative, collaborative and hard working. We love our new bathtub area and floor.
