Wes was my installer and he was awesome. He communicated every step of the way about anything that was going on. I’m naturally curious and asked a few construction questions and Wes answered them and was super nice. He always cleaned up our space and took care as much as possible to be mindful of our things. For example, he covered the toilet and closet door pet door to keep dust off our clothes. We have a pet door so the cats don’t get locked in. He also laid down fabric to walk through the house. Greatest contractor we’ve had.

The installation looks great. We have a jack and Jill shower and now we have a bench to go inside! It’s perfect.

Five Star Bath Solutions removed our old outdated garden tub and installed a beautiful new shower. The installer’s name is Wes. He takes pride in his work, very meticulous and precise with his measurements. His goal was to make sure that we were happy with the final product. He consulted with us during the installation, several times, to make sure we were involved with the outcome of our shower. Installers like Wes are hard to find these days. Company is very honest and straightforward, I have never been more impressed. The installer Ray was amazing. He was constantly working, very polite and considerate, high quality of work, and cleaned everything up after himself. I just couldn't believe how pleasant if an experience it was! They also completed the job 2 weeks early, which never happens with construction. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone involved in my project was very professional and friendly. Diane, my sales consultant, explained everything and answered all my questions. The GM, Erik, helped me get my financing in place, came out and measured my area, and kept me updated on scheduling. Wes, my installer, was extremely knowledgeable of the products used and did all the plumbing while getting the project done efficiently and making certain the area was cleaned every day before he left. Daniel, who made and installed my sliding glass doors, got them done in a timely manner and actual installation took less than an hour. The project took only a few days and my

We are very happy with our tub to shower conversion. The installer, Wes, carefully broke up and removed the cast iron tub, the tiles off the wall and ceiling, and the bulkhead over the old tub, without damaging the tiles next to the shower area. I am especially happy with the way he finished the edge of the shower wall, where it meets the adjacent tiled and painted wall. The shower pan feels very solid and looks good, and the shelves are strong. Wes explained everything as he went, like how the corner seams are made waterproof. Everything was done perfectly.
