This is the company you want for a tub to shower conversion! After a horrible experience with another company we decided on 5 Star...and yes...they get 5 stars from us! The price was fabulous, communication superb, materials and workmanship top notch. Our lead installer, Jeff, was nothing short of amazing and his helper, Avery was great, as well. They were a pleasure to have in our home and we will be enjoying our new shower for a long time! Thank you Five Star!

I am so pleased with my new shower. Jake did a wonderful job. It is beautiful. Very professional young man. Jeff started the job. He did a great job with the demolition and putting the shower pan down and some plumbing work. He was needed on another complicated job so Jake finished. I recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. Everyone involved were so nice and knowledgeable.

We are so pleased with our new tub-shower combination that was just installed by Five Star Bath Solutions of Jacksonville. From the estimate to the installation everything was handled very professionally. Jake handled the installation. He made certain to lay out drop clothes throughout the house each day before starting to work. He tidied up each day before leaving. He was very careful of our belongings. His work was perfect. I love having a shelf at each end of the tub at the level of the windows. The quality of the products is great. They were the only company that completely removed the old walls behind the shower and installed a unique waterproof wall material upon which they installed the shower walls. Where the other companies discouraged, if not outright refused, to install a tub, this company met our needs and expectations completely. And bonus - they were over $1000 less than the next closest estimate. In other words, they did much more for less money! Service is also very important to us, and Jake was so thoughtful and courteous while doing a spectacular job!

He made me feel as if I was meeting with an old friend. My project manager Dustin always responded promptly to any questions I had. When it came to the bath to shower conversion, Victor and David did an absolute amazing job! They were very professional and courteous coming into my home. Their work is impeccable!! Very well pleased with my tub to shower conversion! The entire process has been great from start to finish. Our estimator was Chris who helped us design the replacement walk in shower enclosure, doing the measurements, answered our questions and concerns regarding the entire process, providing and install date that fit in our schedule, and the job estimate and payment options. Chris was outstanding, courteous and professional. As our install date approached we received several messages just to confirm the install date still fit our schedules. The weekend prior to our install week Dustin reached out to see if an earlier install date would work for us, and we were happy to advance the date. Mark arrived the next morning on time and ready to begin work on our project. Mark was professional, personable, very courteous and accommodating. During the entire process Mark did excellent work and left the areas where he worked each day clean and uncluttered. Mark took the time to get our input for all the details during the install, insuring that all the details from shower head placement to shelves and hand rails fit our particular needs exactly. Overall we have been very well pleased with our experience with Five Star Bath and will highly recommend them to everyone needing a bath remodel. Great experience! (Just a note that the shower chair in the picture is ours not part of the package.)

What a difference! We went from the horribly designed Roman style tub, popular in Palm Coast, to a beautiful, easy access and easy care walk-in shower. Kyle and his installers are craftsmen and their work is amazing. 5 Star Bath is awesome!
