After many successful years, we wanted to see if our model was replicable. The answer was an astounding yes, and in the decade since, we’ve expanded across the US and Canada to provide new communities the same quality and level of service we’ve delivered since day one.

We needed a bathroom remodel to improve accessibility. Chris was the person who came out for the planning, and he had several wise suggestions. Joe headed the actual work, and he was wonderful. He and his 2 helpers, worked efficiently and smoothly to get the job done over 2 1/2 days. They were careful to make sure all the grab bars were placed to meet our needs, and they were careful of our house throughout the demolition and rebuilding phases. I highly recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions of Jacksonville to anyone needing a bathroom remodel!

We just finished converting two showers and the difference is night and day! My house is very old and presented some real challenges for them, but they were completed in two days each.
The crews couldn't have been nicer. Jeff & April did the first one and Mark & Charlie did the tub conversion. Thanks for everything guys!

My new bathroom upgrade from tub to walkin shower looks amazing. From the very beginning the entire process was smooth and seamless. It looks amazing. My kids say they feel like that are at a fancy hotel. The only problem I had was choosing the colors for my showers!! Invest in a new bathroom remodel with 5 star bath. You will not be disappointed. They deliver on the advertising-the project was completed in 2 days.

Five star bath did a great job replacing the shower in our master and guest bathrooms. They took out the cheap builder grade tub insert in our guest bathroom and shotty tile work in our master bathroom and left us with two beautiful custom showers. Joe and Avery were very professional and worked really quickly. We received quotes from 3 other large nationwide companies and they were no where near what 5 Star bath was able to offer. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home.

Cannot speak highly enough of Mark, Carl, and Jessica at Five Star. Mark and Carl installed both our primary and guest bathroom showers. Incredible quality and craftsmanship. We are thrilled with how our 20 year-old showers were transformed with a modern look. Confident that the material they use will hold up over time better than traditional tile. Above all, I’d recommend this company because they are prompt, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Mark (and our sales rep Jessica) were reachable via phone at any time to answer questions or concerns. Overall above average experience.

Once the materials arrived, installation was scheduled quickly, and the two installers completed the entire bathroom in just one day.
They were respectful, polite, and extremely detail-oriented. They laid down tarps to protect my floors, left no mess behind, and didn’t leave a single scratch or speck of dirt anywhere. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the entire process—from the first phone call to the final cleanup—was seamless and professional.

New shower and great product by Five Star bath solutions. Mark did an excellent job with the demolition and installation of our new shower. It’s obvious that Mark takes pride and care for the work he does but also for the home he is operating in. Highly recommend Fire Star and ask specifically for Mark…he is that good!

This is the company you want for a tub to shower conversion! After a horrible experience with another company we decided on 5 Star...and yes...they get 5 stars from us! The price was fabulous, communication superb, materials and workmanship top notch. Our lead installer, Jeff, was nothing short of amazing and his helper, Avery was great, as well. They were a pleasure to have in our home and we will be enjoying our new shower for a long time! Thank you Five Star!

I am so pleased with my new shower. Jake did a wonderful job. It is beautiful. Very professional young man. Jeff started the job. He did a great job with the demolition and putting the shower pan down and some plumbing work. He was needed on another complicated job so Jake finished. I recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. Everyone involved were so nice and knowledgeable.
