I reached out to Five Star Bath Solutions when we needed to have our two downstairs bathrooms redone and the first company I contacted refused to meet unless both my husband and myself would be present for the consultation. I spoke to Daniel at Five Star, he came out for a consult and we booked our install for early May. We were converting one bathroom to a walk in shower and the other to a tub/shower combination. We chose the middle of the row product their pricing is in line with other companies. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency with my father who lives out of state and needed to reschedule the install. Daniel was more than accommodating in the schedule change and worked with us to find another date that worked for both of us. Fast forward two months and we were ready for the install. The installers were beyond amazing. They were respectful of our home, laid down carpet protectors and cleaned up after themselves every single day. When they left for the day you would never have known they were there, except for the progress in the bathrooms. What should have been a three day project, turned into a four day because there were some surprises after tearing out the old tubs. I had to leave them alone in the house a couple of times and they were completely trustworthy. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. Daniel came by the second day to check on progress and make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. To say we are happy with the results would be an understatement. This has completely changed the look of our bathrooms and we are beyond thrilled. They absolutely KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! Five Star Bath Solution was competitively priced and utilized high quality materials. They scheduled renovation around my preferred time. The contractors were very respectful of my property. They protected my floors and cleaned up daily. The contractors were responsive to my request for an alternative method to hang the vanity mirror and immediately addressed an unanticipated issue with the vanity electrical outlets. The renovation was completed within the projected timeframe and far exceeded my expectations.
