From my first meeting with Design Consultant/Saleslady Tabitha, Manager Logan, Installers Drew and Brock, Phone calls to Elizabeth and also met the owner Lane. These people were very professional and committed to completing a job to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Five Star Bath Solutions for your next bathroom project.

We just had two bathrooms redone and are so pleased with the results! Tamara walked us through the decision making process, helping us to choose the perfect materials to match our vision. Joeb did a fantastic job! He was meticulous to detail and very thorough with his work. Thanks to Tamara, Joeb, and 5 Star, we now have two beautiful bathrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but Five-Star Bathroom Solutions of Broussard, LA, truly deserves recognition. From the outset, they consistently met or exceeded our expectations. When a minor misunderstanding arose regarding the contract, the owner contacted us promptly and resolved the issue to everyone’s satisfaction. The installers, Joeb and Brock, arrived as scheduled and provided a comprehensive overview of the project and professionally addressed all our questions. Their meticulous attention to detail and superb craftsmanship are a credit to their profession.
From the outset, they took great care to protect our floors. The temperature was in the low 30’s, but they still did all the cutting outside to avoid dust in the house. At the end of each day, they meticulously removed debris and cleaned the entire bathroom.
During each step, they consulted with both my wife and me on the placement of the handbars, shelves, and seat while ensuring the water-tight quality of each piece.
All in all, the team, including the sales personnel, the individual who took the measurement, the Installers, and their Owner, treated us with the utmost respect and ultimately installed the new shower that far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new shower.

Extremely happy with our newly renovated shower! We were able to pick all the design components and within 6 weeks they were here to install. Tim was very personable and knowledgeable and did a beautiful job with the installation! Absolutely would recommend Five Star!

The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the job. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the installation. I was happy with final product. However, there were bumps in the road that made me understand how bath installers are setup which allows for communication issues. Soon after signing contract a representative of the company came out to take measurements. Didn't stay long said he had all he needed and left. I am guessing this individual worked for Five Star Bath Solutions? When installer came out six weeks later he told me measurements were off so he had to move the P-Trap which meant removal of concrete - see pictures. The installer is an independent contractor who does not work for Five Star Bath Solutions. With concrete work and having to relocate P-Trap (twice) project took three days. Also, my shower had previously been demoed so they didn't have to remove anything only install 48" Shower. I was happy with installer, even with the wrong measurements which caused additional work he took his time and seems to have got it done right. Also, my shower was to be installed on a Monday and I was told I'd get a call a few days in advance to verify installation. On Friday prior to installation I had to call them around 2 pm as they had not called me and they verified the installation was still scheduled for Monday. My assumption is these companies have very few direct employees which can allow for a break down in communication. I shouldn't speak for all the ONE DAY bath installers as my only experience is with Five Star Bath Solutions, but my guess is this is typical across the industry.

Five Star Bath Solutions did a tub to shower conversion for me in August 2025 and I was very pleased with their services. From start to finish, they were professional, on time, respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. Everyone I came into contact with was a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

Five Star Bath Solutions (of Lafayette) did a tub-to-shower remodel in our master bathroom. The entire process went well, & we couldn't be happier with it. Their employees helped us through every stage of the remodel, taking our wishes into consideration, but also giving us their expert advice. They estimated the job would take 3-4 days, & since the shower was so large, they finished up on the 4th day. They are not a 'one size fits all' company', & we appreciate the craftsmanship & attention to detail it took to make it perfect. Thank you Five Star, for a jib well done! We had our walk in shower installed in October of 2024. I was not really sure what I was in for, but Five Star far exceeded my expectations. Clean, zero mess, professional and polite installers...fast...they said it may take up to 3 days...it was completed in a day and a half. The quality of the materials used is exceptional. Our home is only 4 years old and everything matches beautifully. I would be happy to give a personal recommendation to anyone considering their services

From start to finish all are very professional: Johnny, salesman was very professional and made our decision to go with Five Star Bath Solutions easy, mainly because of being located in the South, LA area. He even gave us a 3-D model of the shower with the colors, grab handles and doors that we chose. Logan, the project manager came and took measurements for the job and returned our phone calls the same day. Brandon, new to this crew for about 1 week, came and did the demo alone and finished the first day!! I was almost dreading getting home from work to see the mess, to my surprise he hauled off the old tub enclosure and swept the floor in the bathroom and piled all of their equipment in the demoed space out of our way. Second day of the job, Drew who is head of the construction and installation, comes with Brandon and they are getting this job done!!! We were told up front that this would not be a 1- or 2-day project, which we already knew that it wouldn’t be. However, it only took them 4 ½ days to complete the remodel with additional carpentry work that needed to be done (which Drew has at least 15 years of experience in). We could not have asked for better, reliable and professional people to do this job. Thank you ALL for making this dream a reality!!!!
