Everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional and helpful. They were very accommodating with my schedule and sent two teams - Santana and ID - to complete both bathrooms in one day. I chose this product instead of marble or tile because it is low maintenance and easy to clean. The only thing I would change, if I was able, would be to remove the crown molding and take it all the way to the ceiling (pic #3). My father is a custom home builder in another state, and he was impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. Thoroughly pleased with the company, teams, and product!

Incredible customer service and communication, from the quote all the way to even the day after completion. They replaced my shower-tub combo with a full shower, redid the plumbing to move the controls to the opposite wall for me, let me pick out exactly where and how tall my alcove and grab bar are, they worked with my busy and complicated schedule, the materials all came in earlier than expected and they offered to do the installation early if I could fit it in, they got the demolition and installation done in half a day and it's absolutely gorgeous. The warranty is also above and beyond, and I super recommend you pick this group for your bathroom projects. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was amazed at the professional attitide the 2 men presented while installing our walkin shower and flooring. To my amazement the finished the install in under 16 hours. I was shocked how fast and well the install went. I am recommending 5 star bath solutions to everyone I meet. My wife is very happy with the install, grab bars, bench and all the other amenities that we needed and.more. Thank you so.much for a job well done!!!!!!

So pleased with this tub to shower conversion. Brian in sales was so helpful and the team was fantastic with Santana in charge. They were on time, friendly, great at what they do and job was done in a day as promised. The shower is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We highly recommend this team and this company!

Carlos Santana was lead with our install, and he did an amazing job! Very friendly and professionally, and updated us with status throughout the installation. True to promise … entire bathroom was completed in 1-day … new standup shower and replaced double vanity top and faucets. Finished product looks very modern and sharp!!! Love it and highly recommend the product and 5-star bathsolutions!

Absolutely satisfied with this company and the quality of work they did on my bath tub and their service. I had two companies tile my bathtub prior to Five Star and both companies could not get the walls to be correctly lined up on the tub flange. In two of the walls, the walls stuck out past the tub flange and it really bothered me. Well five Star of Marietta was able to correct this. They got backer board from Home Depot that was a different measurement from their own backer board and it fixed the problem. Not to mention, my tub walls look amazing. I already had the tub so they did not install my deep soaker tub. They only did the surrounding walls and the plumbing which they required. My water pressure is improved with the sprayer they installed. They even had a dry wall repairman come out after the install and fix the damage that was done to my ceiling and walls from their install which I was very pleased with. I’ve added photos to show the damages before and then after they repaired it. Their drywall guys did a good job. I would absolutely recommend them. Yes it is expensive, but after having 2 tile companies do crappy work, I was willing to pay more to have the job done right. Plus they have a lifetime warranty that is transferable if I ever sell my house. I’m so happy I went with them and I would do it again in the future if I buy another home.

Just had two bathrooms renovated by Five Star Bath Solutions into a modern style. They definitely make my house look more clean and updated! It truly makes a huge difference. Scheduling installation was easy and the crew they sent to demolish my previous bath and shower and install the new ones did an outstanding job! Definitely recommend!
