I had a great experience with the completion of my bathroom. The communication from everyone starting with sales to the installers was excellent. I had an issue with water pressure after the installation. I received a quick response, and a plumber was at my house the same week fixing the issue. I love my bathroom and shower surround. Excellent work!!

Due to the unexpected hospitalization of a family member, I wanted to replace our original tub and shower with a safer walk-in shower. After reviewing some companies online, I found Five Star Bath Solutions, and was able to set up an appointment online for late afternoon the next day. Ostin came to our house, and described what kind and color of walk-in shower would work in our bathroom, with an emphasis on safety features for a short family member. Most importantly, he was able to schedule an installation in the short time frame I needed.

Josh came out and measured our bathroom and gave me more detailed information on the style, color, and design that met our needs. The day of the installation Devon showed up at the scheduled time, worked throughout the day, got everything done in about 8 hours, and did a thorough cleanup.

Plumber Ron was here that morning to shut off the water and make the plumbing connections between the walk-in shower and our existing plumbing system. He needed to make some changes to get everything to fit, and was able to get that part of the job done in a few hours.

There was one minor glitch; the knob for one of the glass shower doors came out of the box with a missing part. Five Star was able to install a new knob a few days later.

We are completely satisfied with the quality of materials and the work done by each of the Five Star employees. Their customer service was first rate, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

We recently had Five Star Bath Solutions do our bath to shower conversion. They did an excellent job. After the demolition, the existing plumbing was challenging but the plumber solved all the issues and made it all work. The floor to ceiling walls are beautiful, the combined shower and hand-held spray is just as we wanted it and the folding seat they installed is perfect. We also love the clear glass doors. Finally, all the trim and caulking look very professional. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We would unconditionally recommend Five-Star Bath Solutions for a bathroom remodeling project.

Truly the best company we've ever worked with!! Extremely professional at every stage of the process. All of our questions were answered before installation and even with the team during install. We cannot give enough praise to our installation leader Brennan. He was so polite, efficient and one of the hardest workers we've ever experienced! Everything about this company is top notch!

The two installers were a father-son team. They were very courteous, very efficient and did a good job in 1 day. The shower looks really nice. I chose a variegated gray and green color. I only wish the green was a little more prominent but I think choosing the right wall color will make that green stand out. Thanks Kim for the recommendation of 5 Star Bath solutions

From sales to measurement to installation all went exceptionally well! Installation team was on time and did a great job preparing the work area to ensure our home was taken care of during the installation process! Installation was completed in a day which I didn't think would be possible since everything was taken down to the studs! Excellent detail and craftsmanship! Even though they did make quite a mess during installation the crew returned our home to pre installation cleanliness. We had one minor problem with a leaking control valve for the shower post installation they responded quickly and made the repair! Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!!

It was a pretty good project! The crew that came to put in the shower were wonderful! They made me feel comfortable and safe.(I was home alone) the only problem we had was with the very first person that came to meet us. There were a couple of miscommunications we had with them. Before the project was finished, people would call us back immediately which was really nice. But, since the project has been completed I have had some questions and have been told they would get back to me within a day, that didn’t happen. I like my new shower a lot and I was thankful to the team that did the job, they did a great job!

I would highly recommend five star bath solutions for any of your bath remodels. They were easy to work with, very professional, not ever pushy or overbearing. Listen to our needs/wants for our bathroom and delivered exactly what we ask for. The sales lady was very professional, awesome and a great person to talk to, she knew the products well and explained everything to us. Mick the owner was very professional and always available to answer any questions. The guy who came out to measure was super knowledgeable and helped us put a few last minute touches on our order. The work crew was phenomenal, they were right on time , introduced themselves and went right to work! We went from an old walk in shower to a brand new soaker tub and beautiful walls within a matter of hours!
