Great experience! We love our new walk-in shower. 5 Star Bath Solutions made the whole remodeling project a 5 star experience. Jordan, our installer, was so.helpful and accommodating in giving us options in the final decision to the size & placement of the soap niche. Jordan made sure that before our vanity or cabinets were hung he checked with us first for placement preference. He was meticulous in his workmanship and was so pleasant to work with. If we had any questions it was a phone call away. One of the owners, Mick, even stopped by to meet us & to check on the progress of the project. We highly recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions.

5 star is definitely a 5 star company. They kept in touch with me every time something was going to happen. Starting with the initial visit, when supplies were ordered, supplies arrived and when crew was coming. There was no question I knew what was happening. When they arrived, the crew was efficient, clean, and very knowledgeable. Jordon did the inside work , Phil set up his saw outside and did all the cutting outside. Every board perfect. The crew was very friendly and didnt mind me watching, asking questions and taking pictures the whole time.
When they were done they vacuumed every ounce of did they made and even offered to do more.
The whole job was done way ahead of schedule, they went thru everything with me when finished. How to turn on and off, turning hot and cold, hand help shower handle, how to take it in and out.
The crew was absolutely awesome, the 5 star is an understatement, should be 10. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. I am very happy with my decision on calling on you to do the job.

We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion done, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They removed a 100-year-old bathtub that had rust and water damage and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in acrylic shower. The entire job was completed in just one day, which was impressive.
The new shower includes a built-in bench, a recessed shelf, and an additional corner shelf, which makes it both functional and comfortable. They also did clean trim work around the window, which really finished the space nicely.
Everything was left clean when they were done, and the workmanship looks great. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

Five Star Bath Solutions is a very appropriate name. The professionalism from the sales to the installation were all topnotch. We were kept informed by them as we kept them informed while the VA was approving what was to be done. All was approved and we got scheduled in a timely manner. They completed tearing out the tub and installing the shower in one day. Only 2 glitches. My wife wanted the faucet to turn on the other direction. Done quickly. The other was a couple of scratches on our sink top and once again done quickly. Finally no more falling out of the tub!! We would not hesitate to recommend Five Star Bath Solutions for your bathroom remodeling.

I initiated my rebuild of my forty year old half bath off my master bedroom Dec 19th, 2025. A couple of weeks were skipped due to the holidays. The project including final city inspection was completed February 24th. Everything went perfectly with the schedule 5 Star Bath Solutions laid out. The work crew were professional and efficient, and what impressed me most was there were two small glitches that came up and 5 Star resolved them both within one day of their recognition. No hassle, just we will do this to make the project perfect, making the change the next day. I am very happy with my new shower and flooring and gladly recommend them as bath contractors.

It started out bad AI scheduling for appointment. took six tries to book an appointment When the salesman came out I asked about replacing an existing fan (wired and vented) was told they would need a HVAC expert that they did not have to install a replacement I shut down at that point maybe a electrician but not a HVAC expert. No contact from me after that. Later they contacted me and offered a $5000 discount. Another month two texts asking for a review I did no business with them and they are asking for a review for what giving me a quote? Later a card in the mail saying they had reviewed my quote and there were some things they could do to reduce the price. today another text saying I could get a discount by referring someone. All this for no business just a quote. Hungry for business? Do not like pushy sales. Will not be following up.
