Curtis from Five Star Bath solutions (Fairfax office) gave us a wonderful presentation regarding converting our tub to a walk-in shower. I am usually leery of salesmen trying to hype their product but I immediately felt at ease with Curtis. He was very knowledgeable and super personable. I never felt pressured at all. He presented us with multiple options of how to build the best shower for us. Never tried to upsell. He seemed very genuine and honest. He gave us all we needed to make the deal right then and there (which I never do!) I feel confident that the final product will be perfect for us. Plus, they have a Lifetime Warranty.
