In 2015 we set out to provide affordable bath and shower solutions to one community. We quickly discovered there was a widely unmet need for what we provided.
After many successful years, we wanted to see if our model was replicable. The answer was an astounding yes, and in the decade since, we’ve expanded across the US and Canada to provide new communities the same quality and level of service we’ve delivered since day one.
We never forgot where we started, it’s what guides our actions across the continent.

Not quite a 5-star experience
I so badly wish I could give 5 stars. Although I'm very pleased with the work that was completed at my rental home, there are some noteworthy issues:
➖⭐ Communication was great during the consult, purchase, & measurement steps. After that, crickets. There was no communication during the demo or install. Worse still has been the nearly non-responsiveness to address...
➖⭐ an accessory (corner shelf) not installed and...
➖⭐ A broken window. Accidents happen; I get that, but... The installer didn't communicate with me. The office has been very slow to respond to my requests for updates. So, my tenant had to weather a severe winter storm with a cracked window.
UPDATE:
➖⭐ After 3.5 weeks, the corner shelf and broken window were addressed. Things finally moved (quickly) after my husband left an honest review. The owners were very quick to reach out, asked me to remove the review, and explained that the review was "damaging to their image". I explained that I had been waiting and hoping to leave a positive review once the work was done. Either way, I committed to leave an honest review for future customers. (I had even hoped to have them do the bathrooms in my primary residence.) After 2.5 more weeks, during which time life got busy and I forgot, they asked me to remove/update the review... Only 2 days later, they're asking again... So it's okay to harass me about a review, but respond for up to 6 days each time I called/texted asking for a status update??? NOPE
We had them remodel two bathrooms in one of our homes. The remodels themselves are fine, minus incomplete work and the window they broke (more below).
However, their communication is AWFUL. You are just a transaction to them. Of course, they are there and willing to listen before the work starts while they sell you something. But scheduling and install communication was non-existent or one-way on their terms.
The contractors (sub-contractors?) showed up when they wanted. When they had questions about choices they asked our tenants instead of contacting us directly, despite us making it very clear we were the decision makers. They told us they would come back to install the final corner shelf that was missing or forgotten (don't know the story because communication). They even tried having our tenants sign off on the work even though it wasn't completed.
Above all, what upsets me most is that they broke one of our bathroom windows. The contractor tried to sidestep it and blameshift by making statements about not having before pictures to compare and know if it was broken prior. He said he would "call his boss" and they would call us back, but WE have had to call THEM multiple times only to be told "someone" would call us back eventually to get it sorted out.
Three weeks went by and our tenants had to weather the 2026 severe winter storm with a broken window. They collected their final payment and I don't expect to hear back from them at this point (though they may be hearing my credit card company about reversing that payment soon).
If you're looking for a contractor who has a shred of integrity, ownership, and trustworthiness then keep looking.
