My overall experience was very positive. I submitted a questionnaire, I was promptly contacted, put on the schedule for a consult, and once we decided to move forward, the process was very easy.

The representative was very relaxed and did not pressure us. He was aware of our time and helped us move quickly through making decisions - we already knew what we were looking for.

From there, the team was in contact with us from beginning to end and provided us with updates. The install team was great and seamless. We had a situation where our door was damaged so we couldn’t finish the entire install same day, but the team was in contact with us every step of the way. We were able to get the door installed the very next week.

Overall, the process was very simple and easy. The outcome is great and we really enjoy our new shower. I would highly recommend.

I can't really do this company justice by any comments that I could make. They did the best remodeling and new shower installation in our master bath than we ever imagined possible. Their price was within what we wanted to pay. Their punctuality was unbelievable. When they said they would be there at a certain time you could almost set your clock by their arrival. Their work quality was exceptional. They began the job as planned and completed the job the same way. At completion they cleaned up everything. We just had Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh upgrade the Master bath Shower in our home. Shopped around for a trusted company that would give us the value and quality that we wanted. We found Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh to be easy to work with. The price was fair and they gave us a great value with smooth demolition/installation service and a quality shower upgrade.

Sandi was great at helping me pick out the style colors and fixtures for my new shower install. I am very pleased with the everything. Bobby did an awesome job with installing the shower. I am so glad that I chose five star bath solutions.

Got a new master bath and guest bath installed with this company. The back panel was installed with a nick. Company stated it was like that from the factory or shipping, but was installed anyway. They did not replace, they sent an acrylic repair company to fix the spot, and after the repair the spot is still there and can be seen. With a new bath remodel, you would expect everything to be new and without damage, which was not the case with this company.

This is an amazing company. They quoted us a competitive price but when they started the job , they found a whole lot of rotting wood beneath the surface. They didn’t charge us one extra dime for replacing it and went on to do a professional job taking a mere extra day to complete the job. Sean , Ryan and Bob are the best in the business and we highly recommend them if you need an update.

We are absolutely delighted with our new shower! The communication with everyone was excellent from the design of the bathroom to the financial details. The workman arrived on time both days they worked, were respectful and efficient and did a beautiful job. I have told everyone I know how pleased we are with Five Star Bath Solutions!
