Five Star Bath Solutions did an amazing job turning both of our old bathtubs into beautiful new shower stalls! The workmanship is excellent, and both the shower and glass door installers were fantastic — professional, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. The end result looks even better than I expected.
There were some communication issues with the project manager along the way, but the company made things right and even upgraded both glass doors at no extra cost. In the end, I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Five Star Bath Solutions for anyone thinking about updating their bathroom.

Taeh, the installer for our new shower showed up when he was supposed to and was very professional. Got it done in less than 2 days. He asked very good questions about where we wanted the seat and grab bar so we would be happy with their placement. He is an asset to Five Star in our opinion.

I want to thank Five Star bathsolutions for handling the remodel of my tub/shower to a shower. I worked with Kevin Szabados for the design we wanted within our budget, Jeremy for the measurments and review, Jager Willard was the project manager and Alessandro Gomes was the lead on the work done, he had one other person with him so I need to apologize for not having his name. The whole team was easy to work with, answered all my questions and completed the job in two days. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did. Best thing of all it also comes with a lifetime Warrenty. I highly suggest anyone who is looking at doing a remodel to request a bid from them, you won’t regret it.

Ivan and his team did an amazing job on our shower install. They were very considerate and cordial. They went above and beyond due to unforeseen conditions and still kept to their promise of a two day timeline with no additional cost for the extra work that was required. We love the shower and would use this contractor again.

We converted our tub to a walk-in shower as age and arthritis started affecting the ease (and safety!) of using the tub. The team from Five Star was top-notch, start to finish. The meeting in our home to select materials and options, the engineer who measured and talked us through safety features and prep/underlayment work, and then the valiant installer who did all the work on his own. We couldn't be happier with the product and the result. First shower successful today!

Kevin provided an excellent consultation. He was highly organized and walked us through how the company operates in a clear and structured way. He took the time to show all the relevant materials and explained each of them thoroughly, making the entire process easy to understand. His explanation of the estimate was especially clear and helpful. Throughout the consultation, Kevin was polite, patient, and attentive to our questions. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and we truly appreciate his professionalism and diligence.

It was because of the sales person, 'Koren', that we decided to go with Five Star! She was professional, yet personable, honest, and knowledgeable, yet no pressure. The installers Ivan and Rodrigo,
we're professional, respectful, and did a great job, including clean up! We were also impressed with, 'Jagger', our contact person, and overseer of the project!
We added a bench seat half way through,
and Jagger was easy to reach, keeping us informed of the time frame of the
bench's arrival, and installation.
When the bench arrived, it was again professionally installed by a great guy named, Brennen!
We love our new shower!
So glad we went with 5 Star!

The team (of two) from Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest who installed our new shower replacement were as fine and professional team as I've seen, and I was in a construction related profession for more than 50 years. Ivan and his partner were hard-working and thorough. They had the process fully thought out and it proceeded like clockwork. There was no wasted time and the project was fully finished and completely cleaned up in one day.

The resulting shower has provided our home with its finishing touch to be fully updated from its early '90's beginning. Really sharp, we like it.

Five Star did a tub conversion to a walk in shower for me. I am so happy with the outcome. It's beautiful and the glass barn doors really make the look spectacular!! Everyone was so professional and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
