Five stars indeed! The team did a great job renovating the bathroom for my elderly grandparents. Every step of the process was done politely, accurately, and with respect to the unique needs of seniors. On time, on budget, and good quality. We first met the Five Star team at the St. Charles Home Show and discussed our need for a shower replacement. Our 25 year old shower stall was well worn and inadequate in meeting our mobility needs. After a thorough review of the Five Star plan, we accepted and couldn't be happier. Our new shower is beautiful and fully functional, meeting all our needs. Chris, our installer, was friendly and professional. We highly recommend the team at Five Star Bath Solutions.

We had spoken with a few different contractors to redo our master bathroom and then we met Five Star Bath Solutions, we were impressed with what they said and made the decision to move forward.

The work they completed was more than we ever expected. They found multiple issues and they fixed them all, with no increase! Everything they said the would do was done and in the timeframe they mentioned and was agreed upon.

Our new master bathroom was a transformation! Two weeks later and we are still thrilled and impressed.

We are getting older and decided to have our tub replaced with a walk in show. This was the best decision we ever made and Chris and everyone from Five Star Bath Solutions of St. Louis were amazing. They had our shower done in two days, cleaned up after the work was done and worked hard to fix any problems. We have had a lot of work on our house done in the past 8 years and this company was one of the most professional and easy to work with we have encountered. Yes, it costs a little more to do what we had done but this was not a cheap shower insert. They took everything down to the studs and gave us an amazingly beautiful shower. They fixed the one problem with the sub flooring at no extra cost and worked hard to figure out a solution to a shoddy tile job we had previously had done. We couldn't be happier. It may cost you a little more than other companies but the quality of work is worth it. Also just so you know I waited a few months to post this just to make sure we were still satisfied and we are.

5 Star Bath Solutions recently completed our Master Bath and the transition was AWESOME. Andrew met with us giving suggestions on design and material. During the consultation he said if they found unknown things during the remodel they would take care of it no additional charge. Yeah I've heard that before. Well the replacement vanity we purchased required relocating the water lines and drains. Chris the installer did a great job on it and YES there was no additional charge. Chris was a pleasure to have working on it and he kept us up to date during the work as to how it was going. Our dogs even loved him. They looked forward to his arrival each day after the attention they received on day one. We highly recommend this company for a bathroom remodel. They are truly 5 Stars!
