I can't say enough great things about Five Star Bath Solutions of Buda! They did an excellent job repairing my broken shower door, and I was so impressed that I had them back to remodel the shower door in my guest room as well. Albert was phenomenal—professional, skilled, and easy to work with. If you need glass or shower work done, look no further!

Extremely happy with everything. The workers were amazing and did excellent work. I would most definitely recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. My husband and I loved working with our sales rep Kevin who was amazing. Then the Supervisor/Superintendent (Albert) over the project came by multiple times to see how things were going and if we had questions. It’s nice working with a company that actually care about their customers. I Recommend everyone using them.

The guys at 5 star bath Solutions did a great job on my shower install and Materials and craftsmanship installing my shower and building my linen closet came out fantastic I am happy with the work they did. I would recommend Five Star Baths solutions to anybody,, they do a good job. There sales crew put together, after all the questions I asked and showed the material being used a good offer I could not turn down . Five Star Bath Solutions did a great job from consultation to finish. Kevin's design consultation was very professional and ensured we are getting the best options available. Albert and his crew worked diligently ensuring minimal distractions during remodeling of our bathroom. We appreciated their diligence, especially knowing they were traveling from Austin to San Antonio. Thanks for job well done and making sure our bathroom looks refreshed to our standards.

Although I didn't want to give up my tub, it was time to do a bath-to-shower conversion, and it turned out great. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional, from Lane, the owner, to Albert, the supervisor, and to Matt and Cody, who did the work. The finished product was beautiful, and I am happy that I decided to not only have it done, but that I chose Five Star Bath Solutions. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process was amazing! Everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. They responded to texts quickly and if they didn't have answers immediately, they still responded in a very short time. The guys that did the installation were respectful of our property and did a wonderful job. They worked hard not to make a mess, which I truly appreciated. They were also a lot of fun to be around. Troy showed up promptly. He was very pleasant and got straight to what I needed. I appreciate him being very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed me everything in detail and displayed a mock view of how my shower to tub conversion would look. I am absolutely ecstatic waiting to get my project started. Troy, thank you for educating me and getting me all setup to start my install next month. Oh and not to mention, Five Star bath Solutions gave me a much better quote than the previous ones I had.

I cannot recommend 5 Star and their team enough! My husband and I decided to redo our bathroom but didn’t have a company we were totally sold on. I researched and found 3 companies I was interested in getting quotes from. Five Star was the first I contacted, and Stephanie was so sweet and helpful getting me a consult set up extremely quickly. Troy came out to my house and was so kind and informative, he spent a few hours helping me to understand the difference in material, picking a choice of color and breaking down the cost. After he was finished, he left me with all the information and price quote he had given me to compare to the other companies as they came out to give their quotes. A week later, one company came out and gave us “their best quote” but told me if my husband and I didn’t decide while he was there, the price would change once he walked out the door. I turned them down and called Troy back to come and talk with my husband and I. He came back on a Sunday, and before he left, we had signed the contract! Albert showed up the next week to take all the measurements and get the install date set. He was also the one who came and installed our shower when it was time for it. I can’t compliment him enough for the amazing job he did! He was meticulous, thorough, and extremely dedicated! My husband was home for both install dates and was very impressed with Albert’s work ethic and attention to detail! We absolutely love our new shower and we are so happy with the decision me made!

I will say, the install date was a pretty long wait, but don’t let that discourage you! I am super thankful we chose to wait and went with Five Star instead of choosing a company who could get to us sooner! Their work speaks for themselves and it has been a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. The outcome was well worth the wait! 🙌🏼

Working with Five Star Bath Solutions was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. We decided we wanted to convert our tub / shower combo to a walk in shower. The sales rep seemed to know every question we planned to ask, and addressed them directly during our initial conversation. Designing the shower was a breeze - their 3D visualization software was very cool! They were able to schedule installation very quickly, and our installer Steve was great. There was constant communication on progress, and while it did take a bit longer to complete than initially planned, we were not charged extra at all. I've loved showing off the new shower to everyone we have over, and they have all loved it! I would definitely work with Five Star again for my next remodel.
