Windows are not the easiest to choose, but this company made it a wonderful experience . Our installers were here on time Ready to work they were a pleasure they were neat. They were clean. I highly recommend this company. We had two front custom windows made, and they look absolutely beautiful. Yoany and Debra husband and wife showed up early in morning and stayed 2 days to complete job quickly we had 12 windows replaced…in 2 days 10 out of a 10 .. Thank you for making this big purchase a good experience

Kalvin (the salesman) was very friendly & knowledgeable. There was a team of 4 installers. They were fast & efficient. What I assumed would take them 2 1/2 - 3 days to install all of our windows (we have a lot of windows), they completed in 1 day. They were here until 7:30 that night. Then they returned after the county inspector came & finished the trim work. Lesson learned - make sure you cover EVERYTHING with plastic. Don't bother using old sheets, etc. to cover everything because the dust is so fine, it goes right through sheets & tablecloths.

I had windows and slider installed about 3 months ago from Florida Window & Door and I am very happy with the installation. Jesus and his crew were on time, professional and highly attentive to detail from start to finish. They took care of covering everything to ensure the least amount of mess. They were very thorough with everything that they did to the point that they even cleaned up after. They communicated throughout the process. I was very impressed. Highly recommend!

What a Great Experience with Dennis Blakeslee and the Company history and quality window. The whole process was just how he explained, FWD installed 14 windows, a sliding glass door and front door. The price was reasonable, the installation guys did and great job and the clean up was great. Thank you FWD for a great experience.

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with. I've had my sliding doors and window for a few years now. Everyone I've dealt with is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The warranty they give is REAL. I had a small problem with one of my locks and within a couple days they sent someone out to fix it. I bought tinted for doors and window and my house is still well lit and Stays cool ( summer) or warm (winter) . The insulation and money I save in electric bills is Amazing!! Wouldn't use anyone else!

They just finished our job here at Westwood Gardens and it has been raining most of the morning, but they just had finish up work to do.

They were gracious enough to install new outer trim for us, which was our responsibility. I will have to wait till it dries and get the proper color, paint, etc., before I can paint them so the Trim around the windows and doors which are unfinished at this point.

We are very pleased with this installation and the installers.

Changing my review left 7 months ago when we decided to purchase 5 windows and 2 sliding doors from FWD. The sales Rep Kasie was very thorough on explaining how the work was going to be performed and the excellent crews they had employed. Unfortunately 6 months later when time came to install all the windows and doors and I can’t be more disappointed.
Where do I start?
The installation crew (4 of them) showed up late , initially scheduled to arrive at 9:30 they came in at 11 ( No issues on my side since was the first day and they had to pick up materials) They placed all the new doors and windows very close to the old ones, resulting all the dust and debris from cutting the concrete to be imbedded inside and all over the new ones! No protection googles or masks( one of the guys ended up with metal object in his eye) Dust and debris all over my pool area, inside my house, caulking stuck on the floors on multiple areas.
The work area was not properly protected, all plastic coverings were poorly secured and taped. A nightmare to clean my house as dust was everywhere on every surface of my master bedroom. As this was not enough their bathroom manners were horrible. This unacceptable behavior essentially on a clean well maintained home.
One of the window sill broke during installation and no responsibility taken from the crew. The quality of the installation is poor, damaged walls, screws left on the patio and some fell in the pool, grey caulk ( they did not properly clean the dust resulting in a mix of dust and debris mixed with white silicone caulk stuck forever on my new windows and doors)
For the amount of money we are paying and stress caused from Florida Window&Doors and their contractors I do not recommend this company. We expected precise, professional finishes and installation not this sloppy work.

I just had 10 Cat 5 windows and a back door installed. The crew lead by Julien did a fantastic job! The windows themselves are amazing, can’t be more satisfied.
The crew was very efficient from start to finish. Great communication. They really made sure to be meticulous and did a fantastic job including cleaning up!
Only issue was the sales person made it sound like I would be able to keep my old fashion window sills (solid), but that was not the case and sprung on me during the job, I am disappointed about this. However, I still gave five stars because the windows, the framing, the crew and experience were excellent!!
I would recommend!!

My experience with Florida Window & Door was wonderful.
I was able to keep track of the process in the app, and Fabrice from the install & service department called me to schedule installation date once The installation guys were super courteous, professional, and kind. I highly recommend the team at Florida Window & Doors.

Did a great honest job...love the last time they worked here so we hired them again..love this company
Edit: Watch out for FHIA...their salesperson used to work for Florida Window and Doors...she misrepresented herself and we almost got scammed. FHIA did the right thing and cancelled the contract!!
