Chris Linares was an awesome representative of not only Home Depo but himself as well! The interaction felt very human and natural unlike some other companies out there that will turn a free quote into a car sales type situation.

This is not a good Home Depot. Surprising, given their proximity to their corporate office. I have tried to call on two seperate occasions, weeks apart, and no one answers the phone. Lowes appears to have much better customer service.

Good luck trying to get a hold of ANYONE here. It's ridiculous. I've called about three times and every single time I've waited for 10-15 minutes and STILL there is no answer. I'm not sure if it's because this location is understaffed, or what, but it's really irritating to have to chase the right department around and around on the automated call system. Try Lowe's because they've been amazing and prompt thus far.

The paint department has been rude to me the last 10 times and has taken 15+ minutes to acknowledge me and hasn't explained anything to me. I couldn't even speak to a manager when I complained to the front and the lady didn't call for backup. I had to create a fuss to get backup for her because she was helping someone mix 35 cans. When I asked the rude employee if I should come back or go to Sherwin William's she told me she is the only one mixing today, which didn't answer my question. When her backup came she was talking to them about me behind my back infront of me. For the amount of money I spend at this store I expect better and I also expect a manager to be able to speak with me when I request it.
