I recently visited Gold Metal and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The services that was rendered exceeded my expectations — everything was efficient.
I especially appreciated how clean and welcoming the place was. It felt like a real customer-first business. I’ll definitely be coming back and have already recommended them to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for HVAC services, look no further!

I called Gold Medal at 3:55 pm. The HVAC team arrived at 4:15!! They were super professional and absolutely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. Checked out our whole system and had the unit repaired and working efficiently. This is our second experience with Gold Medal (electrical work first time) and both experiences have been excellent. It’s a company that clearly prides itself on professionalism and great service. We even got a service contract to maintain our systems moving forward.

Gold Medal is the best! From the moment we called them with an emergency, we have received the best, most attentive service. Initially, we had an issue with our HVAC unit in the attic leaking into our son's room. They were able to come take a look first thing the next morning. Dave arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time when looking at our unit and determined it needed to be replaced. Dave took pictures in the attic to show us the issue and explained the entire replacement process in terms we could understand. Since this was an emergency, and the unit was leaking into our son's room, Joe came over that evening to go over our options with us and make sure we would have an efficient system installed for our home. He took measurements, asked us questions, and provided us with the most appropriate options to choose from. There was zero pressure and Joe was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Once we made our choice, Joe went over pricing and put us in touch with Jenny at the office who made us aware of the 0% financing program through our utility company. She was able to help us submit our application and ensured that we had filled everything out properly. While we worked on that, Joe called the office and Diane helped us get scheduled for installation two days later. This whole process was so easy because of the professionalism and patience of the entire team. The two installers who came the morning of installation, Jermaine and Adam, were amazing. They explained everything to us and answered our many questions. Jermaine was even able to explain how our thermostats worked and when to use which ones, which was VERY helpful. They worked extremely efficiently and went above and beyond cleaning up after the job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services. We will continue to use them moving forward for our cooling and heating needs. Thank you Gold Medal!

Dominick LaMastra is a true professional and we highly recommend Gold Medal Service! If I could give Dominick and the team at Gold Medal ten stars, I would.

We recently called them out for a few plumbing issues that other plumbers had previously looked at and simply couldn’t fix. We had slow leaks for years in both our main floor bathroom faucet and our upstairs bathtub. Other companies told us that years of severe hard water buildup would make replacing the Kohler cartridges an incredibly difficult and expensive job, basically implying it wasn't worth the hassle.

Dominick didn't blink. He expertly removed and replaced the stubborn cartridges in both locations, and he even took the time to clean away the years of hard water buildup around the faucets and the bathtub drain. On top of that, Dominick replaced a leaking shut-off valve and connector line to our basement toilet.

For the first time in 20 years, we are completely leak-free thanks to Dominick! We finally have a fully functioning guest bathroom and a beautiful bathtub that no longer drips or has a hard water stain.

Dominick’s expertise and dedication completely saved the day. We will definitely call Gold Medal again and we will now ask for Dominick, but I'm sure the other staff are just as amazing and call in their expertise the way Dominick does. If you need any plumbing work done, call Gold Medal!

Appointment set up was easy. Tech came out was very knowledgeable and checked everything to make sure all was good with my water heater because I didn’t have hot water. He was very thorough and even called me after he left to double check something he saw in the photo he took. I would definitely recommend Gold Medal. Melba

Zack from Gold Medal Service was outstanding. He came out to perform maintenance on our furnace and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before he left.

It’s not often you meet a service professional who is both technically excellent and genuinely courteous — Zack is both. We feel confident heading into the colder months knowing our system was serviced so carefully. Highly recommend Zack and Gold Medal!

I had a whole new Daikin 2 stage hvac system put into my basement and attic today. I had many techs working on the installations (attic, basement and outside on the 2 AC towers). They all did a super good job and were very very nice and kind. My home is so nice, warm and cozy now. I will always use Gold Medal Services.

I signed my contract with Gold Medal a few weeks ago after using Clarkstown for a few years. As my central heating system stopped working right on the MLK holiday, I called Gold Medal. The technician came in the same day and he was highly professional. He got my heat back on and came the next day to fix the repair. I was really impressed with their level of professionalism and organization. I would highly recommend Gold Medal to anyone.
