Greco Roman Construction & Design-FC

In my opinion, I would not recommend Greco Roman Construction.
I hired them in October 2024 after finding them through Milgard’s website and paid $23,000 for six windows, three doors, and stucco repair. Based on my experience, the work felt rushed and unprofessional. From the beginning, I noticed that doors weren’t closing properly, and there were visible gaps where light was coming through.
A couple of weeks after the installation, I observed that the sealant around all the windows and doors had begun shrinking, leaving large gaps. One of the windows appeared dented during installation and hasn’t been replaced as of now. The stucco repair was applied over painted surfaces and started deteriorating not long after.
The owner came by several times but, in my view, the issues were brushed off and never properly addressed. A Milgard inspector later visited and confirmed that the sealant was incorrectly applied and other issues were linked to the installation.
Their most recent “fix” involved spraying thick layers of paint over the problem areas, including over drains and window gaps. This led to paint dripping down the window frames and, within two weeks, the paint started peeling off. The original issues seemed even worse.
One day, the owner showed up at my home without notice. When I asked for a real fix, I felt he became aggressive and unprofessional. He eventually walked off saying, “Good luck with your windows.”
I’ve postponed other home projects due to how long this has dragged out. In my experience, this company did not meet the standards I expected, especially from someone listed as a Milgard Platinum dealer. I personally would not work with them again or recommend them to others.

We had 18 of our 33 windows replaced with Greco Roman. Walt and George were wonderful to work with. They were honest and did quality work. The installers arrived on time and did quality work. My windows are gorgeous. Their work is quality and professional.

A huge shout out to the two Greco Roman guys that help me out at the homeshow. They knew that I wasn't going to make it up the ramp and help push my cart. Saved my knees and from having a stroke.

This company consistently delivered excellent customer service throughout the process of ordering doors/windows. The product I purchased has virtually sound proofed my home assuring that I will be protected from the summer heat.

Greco-Roman is fully committed to making sure their customers are 100% satisfied with their work and products. The lead technician walked me through how the doors/windows were installed and the nuances of the products.

Walter, George and their teams are awesome. From the initial meeting to the final project completion everything was very professional and thorough. The window replacement team was so meticulous in covering our furniture, floors and valuables to protect from dust. Not a process we had even thought of doing. Would highly recommend their services. We are very happy with our porch repair, window and door replacements.

Fantastic!! Awesome!! Amazing!! Wow!!

The title has a few of the many positive responses we have received when people see this new door. Worked through Greco Roman Windows and Doors and this door surpassed our expectations for our Scottsdale house. 12" 3 panel stacking glass wall opened up our patio door area substantially. Looks like a magazine picture every time you look at it. Super high quality. Definitely worth the price. Excellent customer support from both Greco Roman Windows and Doors and Milgard. Wife and family couldn't be happier with door and install!!!
