We recently had all new windows installed by Green Star Exteriors, and the entire experience was exceptional... Really! From the very beginning a Sales Representative came to our home took time to show and explain everything about their company and what makes their windows worth the investment. No high pressure which my wife and I appreciated.

We compared Green Start Exteriors with other companies and are glad we chose them. Tony, the Project Manager came to our home to do the precise measuring of the windows and Patio Door Slider. Once the windows arrived, Tony was with us throughout the entire process. Tony, stood out with his professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. He made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step of the process.

The installation crew was equally impressive—punctual, respectful, and incredibly skilled. They worked efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace, and the final result was amazing. Every window was installed perfectly. Funny thing... I never ever thought that I would be excited about windows, but my wife and I now see how much nicer our home looks and feels. Great company and people. They do work together as a great team and that is an important thing you should consider.

Green star exteriors came to replace my roof and gutters. Gary and his crew were phenomenal. They all worked together very well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof and their gutters completed. The communication with Gary was Excellent and he kept you well informed Through the entire process. I would definitely. give Green star exteriors a call for your home improvement.

I had the excellent experience of having a new roof installed by Green Star. Tony P. was the project manager and Eddie was the crew chief. Together they were able to complete a brand new roof on my expanded ranch style home in one day, which is now the talk of our block. We couldn’t have been happier with the results. The communication was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Tony came to our house two weeks before the install and reviewed everything that was going to be done. The crew showed up at 7 AM and were finished by 6 PM. Everything was cleaned up and the grounds looked immaculate. This is an absolute five star review and I would use and recommend Green Star time again and again.

We had Tony P come do the measurements for our windows. He was wonderful and made sure everything was precise. Anthony and his crew came yesterday to install the windows. His crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was as prefect as they could make it. Went out of their way to get pretreated and painted trim for our bow window (picture attached) His crew was at our house for about 7 hours and were super personable and respectful. Tony P came back to see how the work was going on the house. All the guys that worked on our windows take pride in their work and it shows. We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out

We used Green star to replace our windows a couple years ago. Keep in mind they only replace the windows, wrap and use spray foam on the outside and don’t remove the trim and use any type of insulation on the inside. I just had all my exterior doors replaced today by castle windows. I wish I used them for my windows too because the installers today explained they would have removed the old trim used insulation on the inside and replaced with new trim as they did the my doors. I still have drafts around my window trim because they cut this corner. Ask questions before you go with green star. I wish I did. Also 2 weeks after having my windows replaced by green star they knocked on my door asking if I wanted my windows replaced. I asked them are you kidding? You just did them two weeks ago if you like I can show you the contract and the yard sign that is in my trashcan. They looked so confused. I honestly questioned that if they can’t tell brand new widows especially installed by them how good is this company. Shop around and ask questions. Pay a little extra if it means they remove the trim and use insulation on the inside as well. If they don’t it defeats the purpose of getting new windows.

Thank you guys for the amazing work! It was so easy and convenient. The installation was great! Alex and Anthony were amazing they were knowledgeable about the work they were providing! They were efficient respectful and kept the work area clean. Green Star staff was helpful as well they were involved in the entire process! Eric came out afterwords to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. Great work Green Star Exteriors! I would highly recommend.

5/18/25 - I am updating my previous 2 star review and now giving a 4 star review after Anthony came to the house and resolved the issues. On the back door he re-worked all three hinges so that they are secure and the door opens and closes well. He also installed the new sweep on the bottom. On the front door he fixed the scratches well and made the round screw hole covers on the molding nice and flush with the molding. He also assured me that if any further issues come up, he would take care of it. Thanks Anthony.

I am dissatisfied with the installation of the two custom doors in the front and back of the house. A bunch of strikes have added up to an unhappy and frustrating installation experience. I am a BJ’s Wholesale member and I thought it would be good to use my membership for high quality replacement of my doors but unfortunately it has not gone well. I paid a lot of money for the cost of the two doors, the handlesets and the labor for installation and I expected higher quality work and attention to detail. The factory got the order wrong by sending the front door with the wrong style and color for the handleset. They put on a cheap black set with chipped paint and we ordered a nice antique brass set. All the hinges were black too and were supposed to be antique brass. Green Star should have caught this quality control issue before installation and they should have notified me that the factory installed the wrong handleset and hinges and that the installation date had to be postponed until the factory had everything correct along with molding that properly fit for the correct handleset. It took several weeks for them to get the correct set in and then they came and replaced them. However, the inside molding had to be replaced with round screw hole covers that stick out and had to be touched up everywhere. They look bad. Plus, bad scratches were done to the outside of the front door during the replacement of the handleset, hinges and molding. They tried to make them look ok with touch up paint but it looks bad and is an eyesore. Also, the front door was swinging in hard when opened and hitting the inside brick wall. They had to install a special spring hinge at the top to have it open calmly and not hit the wall but unfortunately it had to be a black hinge because they don’t make them in antique brass. So now there is a different color hinge at the top. As for the back door, it was not installed with proper wood framing around it for the hinge screws to go into. After the initial installation, the door became crooked the more we used it because the hinge at the top became more loose each day. The screws weren’t going into anything. Also, because the door became crooked, the sweep at the bottom became damaged and needs replacement. Lastly, on the installation date, one installer had to wait a long time on the other installer to arrive and it delayed the completion of the work until well after it became dark. I think this caused the installation work to be rushed and not done properly. Green Star, unfortunately you have an unhappy customer here due to all the reasons above.

Loving the finished product. I got window installs 1st and 2nd floor of apartment rentals. Very happy with the quality, quietness, and slight tint of the windows. And the major selling point being the lifetime warranty and beating the price of many competitors. Thanks to Tony P. good measurements and follow-up and well as the rest of the Crew. Great customer service. Polite, and answer questions with patience and understanding. The quality of the work is excellent. And they worked with my buget. I like to add, Tony P, not only smelled great when he first walked into my home but he also had a great smile and personality. His customer service is impeccable.
He fixed the window lock and screen door Lach. I feel comfortable with this company and it's employees. I know I got quality work.
