Grellis Construction did a wonderful job on my project. The customer service was a solid 100, and my bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous—I’ll definitely be showing it off! Donyell, the project manager, did an excellent job, and a big thank-you to Greg for making this beautiful project happen. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Project management was chaotic and unprofessional. Experienced numerous schedule delays due to unviability of personnel on scheduled dates of execution. Work execution was sloppy leaving numerous areas with stains on wooden floors after project completion. Wooden steps were not installed per code and will need to be redone in the near future. Last but not least, management refused to return phones calls on noted issues that were still within the company's so called warranty window. In short, definitely not recommended due to total lack of quality control and apparently no knowledge of customer service relations.

I am extremely satisfied with Grellis Construction Company. They enlarge/widen my garage door from a 8 foot door to a 9 foot wide door. They were very professional and courteous. The worker came out as scheduled and completed the job in within 2 days. The finish product turned out beautifully.

This company is a freaking scam. Greg Stott is very unprofessional and non responsive, his contractor, Shaverly, is just as bad. Shaverly's subcontractor, Miguel, can do the work, he just needs proper guidance. I have had my shower doors delivered about 4-5 wks ago, they still sitting on my carport. This company has stressed me out. I was trying to support a Black Owned Company, this is what I get. I have to hire another "Real" company to complete the job. I am going to file a suit against Grellis Construction, if there is anyone who can testify to the same outcome as myself, please message me.

I'm happy with my experience with Grellis Construction. From the beginning of the project to the end Grellis Construction was attentive and responsive. They were professional and Im very pleased with their work and prices. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would also recommend them because they exceeded my expectations.

I connected with, Greg Stotts, of grellis construction, after he left a flyer on my door saying that I may be approved for exterior services. The best thing I ever did was called Grellis construction. They assisted me in getting pre-approved for a roof. The fight didn’t end. Next, they assisted me in getting approved for a skylight through my insurance in the same claim. There motto is keep the money in the community. I love it! I have, and will keep, recommending them to friends, family and my community. They hit this one out of the park.
