Eric, showed up on time and was very polite, we reviewed my needs and he measured my gutter need. He recommended a solution and he understood my needs. We had to spend more time than my appointment was scheduled for and he said that was not a problem.
We came to a solution and he helped with the discounts that were available. He got the price I was happy with and we moved forward with a scheduled installation. He was very flexible with my schedule.

My gutters were installed over a year ago. There was a drain flow problem with one section of the gutters, however, the company did great in resolving the problem. My in-person interaction with JR (management staff) was great. I had several phone conversations with Kevin who went above and beyond on every call to make sure my questions were answered. I appreciate the gutter guard and extra drainpipe installation provide by Jose F.

We have more drips rain falling off our new gutters than our old gutters. Since August 24 we have asked Gutters Guards of America to cure and stop the dripping. A manager came out Dec 14 and said he will follow up. There is no contact - they are ignoring our complaints. We plan to take legal action soon. HW

The demonstration was informative and pleasant. Jack aka James Morris was extremely polite and helpful.
The installation was scheduled for 12/23/24.
I was excited until I got home to find they had cut a hole in my new deck and mashed the down spout behind the header.
They responded promptly 12/24/24 to correct the mistake.
This mistake was made because Jack did not hear me say drain the water down the back away from the home and the installers that did not ask about cutting the deck even though my son was there. The diagram was standard spout to the side. So I was just not heard and should have done the job myself.
It has not rained. So I cannot say if the gutters will do the job I need.

On the front of my house the water comes behind the gutter in several places. This will cause problems soon with the wood being adversely affected. I would like someone to check this - maybe the gutter is not close enough to the roof.
