This service was the seasonal check up for the heating system. Company & Mario sent texts and called with arrival time. He was quick & courteous. Recommended some additional preventative maintenance. One we agreed to, the other we passed on. There was no pressure to do any additional work. Enjoyed having Mario in our home.

Kevin came out and installed a new hot water heater at my residence. Kevin was very professional and did a great job! He was fast and his quality of workmanship was excellent. Zach was excellent. I had a few other contractors come out and most of them refused to even speak with me because of my gender. As old and outdated as the stereotype is, every single contractor before him treated me as if I didn’t know anything and wouldn’t understand what they were saying. Zach didn’t treat me like that. He was laid back and it was like any normal conversation but still professional. He gave me recommendations against what we thought we wanted and helped us decide what the best value was for our needs. This is on top of the fact that Ms. Wendy was incredibly sweet and prompt in getting us serviced and Ms. Crystal from dispatch was also pleasant and prompt. Everyone on the team from start to finish was superb just for a free quote. I can’t wait to schedule service with them and I look forward to working closely with them on our water heater project. Derek and the other guy (sorry can’t recall his name-Started with G), Were professional yet friendly. They explained things during the job when asked and were extremely respectful of my yard and home. Hammond had to come out two days and I was totally pleased both visits. Before and after pics.

My air conditioner went out. I had already been told by one of their technicians that it was not going to last for long. I called them on Sunday and with in 36 hours they had a new one installed. Everyone was great did there jobs made sure I was informed on everything they were doing. I also use them for plumbing service and they do a great job.

I highly recommend Adam with Hammond! He was nice and very respectful. He located the issue with our electrical problem. He was thorough, clean with his work and answered all our questions! He presented himself in a friendly professional manner. Thank you Adam!!
