If you want integrity, look no further! I am a first time home owner had to have my whole HVAC replaced, Greg gave me a good honest quote and next day installation. Sammy and Lucas were my installers, their vibes were immaculate, they took pride in their work and were very friendly, informative and left everything tidy. They spent a long freezing cold day working to ensure I was good to go same day. There's nothing I would not trust them with. Having to replace your HVAC stinks and Hammond is the kind of company you hope to find in times like that!

This is the third time I have had work done by Hammond Services. Mark and Tyler were both knowledgeable and thorough with the work they performed. Both were detailed and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing.

Amazing work, the amount of detail that was put into the work. You can clearly see that Mike L the tech has a passion and loves his work. He made my OG water heater and water lines look like a piece of art.

Hammond services is the best! Our house had a pretty bad gas leak at the key valve/ fireplace Sunday & the gas company couldn't find the cut off valve for the fireplace, so they cut off gas to our whole house. I called a fireplace repair place to come fix it, but when they arrived Tuesday morning (first time they could come) that tech told me he couldn't fix the valve without busting out the stone hearth, nor was he certified to do this type of work. After days of being cold and having no hot running water, I almost cried. I called a lot of plumbers Sunday of the leak & Tuesday when fireplace man couldn't fix it. Few companies these days answer their phones. Many were weeks out of being able to come help. Hammond has a real person answering the phone. She was polite, knew what to ask, and contacted another party who called me back within 10 minutes, saying they could send someone to fix things today! The tech texts you with their photo & a tracking link so you can watch them driving to your home. Micah & Hunter showed up right when they told me they would. Listened carefully to what happened. Found the fireplace cut off valve in attic, took pics, came down & showed me. Told me it was so old and worn he didn't advise closing it & capped it so gas doesn't go to fireplace for now was best. We may or may not fix the fireplace issue later. Our goal was to get the heat / hot water back on & pipes not freeze. They turned the gas back on. They relit my water heater. Charged what they'd told me they'd charge which was VERY reasonable for same day emergency service.VERY. This company was a pleasure to work with, especially in a world now where so many have poor customer service. And poor communication. I'd recommend Micah and Hunter to anyone! Great company!

My basement HVAC went out recently and Hammond did a great job getting us back up and running. Tyler came out and did the inspection as well as the repair. He found the problem quickly, checked everything around it to make sure there weren't other issues, and explained everything as he went. Also super friendly and a good person! I will definitely be calling Hammond again when I have issues in the future.

I've used Hammond for multiple plumbing services at my home, both for repairs as well as preventive maintenance. They go above and beyond every time, and their team is the best. When I have something that needs to be fixed in my home, I call one place: Hammond.

Most recently, our water line to the house began leaking late in the afternoon. Hammond sent Mike Lloyd after hours who worked until 10 PM to make sure we had water back on the house. Mike did a great job and made sure everything was right before leaving. Great job!

We have a newer home that had a few issues with air flow and electrical. We got quotes from several companies for both issues. Hammond wasn't the cheapest option but in both cases they were much more technical, knowledgeable and able to discuss multiple strategies to resolve our problems. Super bonus that every single person from this company has spoken directly to me about diagnosing and problem solving.
We have worked with Mason (hvac) and Adam (electrical) for our larger issues. We've had a summer with the redesigned duct work and dehumidifier and can say it stayed cool in the entire house, the humidity was controlled and we didn't see much change to our electric bill. Mason knew his numbers and how to improve our system in one go.
Adam swapped out a lot of wiring for us that had been installed using a cheaper wire. The bigger part of the job was to rewire my kitchen as the builder had the majority of outlets on one circuit and add a light over the sink. Adam saw how extensively we used the kitchen and came up with a plan that would meet all my needs without tearing up too much. It's been an immediate improvement.
We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the improvements. Having both issues fixed right the first time is invaluable. Follow up service has been great too, sorry I don't recall names but everyone has been very professional. We have been very happy with Hammond.

Elias was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He diagnosed our plumbing issue within minutes, and was on his way. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and we will be requesting him specifically going forward!

James with Hammond was very nice and knowledgeable. My appointment was between 8a and 10a and he was there at 8a. I am very happy with the way they keep you posted on your appointment with text and emails. Highly recommended!! Great experience
