We just got our new windows last week and the experience from top to bottom has been everything that I had hoped for. They made everything very easy and communicated all through the process. The windows weren't expected until January, but were installed the weekend before Christmas. I was worried that we would lose the look of the vintage wood windows, but the cherry woodgrain color looks spectacular! The installers were an outstanding crew that knocked the job out in just a few hours. At this point, I am completely satisfied with my new windows.

I must start off first with the salesman that came and gave me a quote for the windows Ron n associate very professional on time gave me every detail showed me how the windows would look. Then there was a Alyssa who matched the competitors who price was cheaper .Then the installers Jack n associate magnificent above and beyond it was the coldest windiest day I thought they would cancel but they came and installed 7 windows did a great job installation and clean up.I'm very impressed with Hansons it's been a long time since I received good service like that. And also last thanks to Katherine checking making sure everything was okay and was I satisfied with the job done.so if you want Windows done I'd say go with Hansons. I'm beginning to do reviews because I read them and I realize other people do too it helps in deciding.again thanks

Zakara, the representative for Hansons was the ultimate professional. I am very impressed and glad that she was the representative that saw me. She explained every detail thoroughly about the entire process. She presented three options of service to choose from and that adhered to my financial budget. She was attentive to my questions and concerns also. She had/has a pleasant disposition.and was very polite. I recommend to Hansons that they consider giving her a promotion in a managerial position. I recommend also giving Hansons a call if you need a new roof or are considering getting it updated/repaired. Thanks Zakara and Hansons for a quote well done.

We purchased 12 windows from Hansons. Nova was highly recommended to me from a friend of mine that had recently replaced his windows. Nova came to our home to discuss our options. He was highly professional, honest, and highly knowledgeable not only their products, but on the other products in the market. He was fact based, did not put pressure on us like some of the other companies we received quotes from. It was an excellent experience all around. I highly recommend Hansons and particularly Nova!

I requested a quote for gutters and siding and within a day or so I was already being contacted by someone to follow up on a pre-appointment checklist. They made sure to ask important questions to assist with the process and I thought that was really nice. They sent a wonderful gentleman named Ron to my home to go over the process and provide background and education on 1-800-Hansons. He did an exceptional job making sure we knew what the company stood for, showed great pride in what he does, and made it a low pressure situation. He went above and beyond to try and get us the best deal possible to fit our needs. In the end we chose to wait on a big home improvement job like that one we inquired about. But this in no way was due to Ron. We felt guilty for holding off because of how genuinely nice and helpful he was. This man clearly know what he is doing. And he clearly enjoys it too. We will absolutely be in contact with Ron when the time is right!

The windows and gutter crews were good. The siding crews were the worst experience I had with a contractor. My house sat exposed to the elements for 3 weeks because there were at least 4 days where nobody showed up on sunny days with no explanation. They exposed holes in my house from the old siding that I had to fix. I had to call a customer service rep numerous times to find out what was going on. My house looked like a construction zone as the siding crews were just left their tools in my yard the entire time. I would not recommend this company for the work as it was. A horrible experience.

The team that came out were amazing. Jeff was professional and worked extremely hard to give us the new windows we dreamed of! Jesse, Jake & chuck were super friendly and worked their butts off too. These windows are top notch and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty. We had a TON of windows to replace that were wood from the 90’s and we were not disappointed. Thank you guys!

The nightmare continues. This company is having serious issues. My order FINALLY arrived after one excuse after another re: manufacturing issues. I’m so over the promises, apologies & egregious disrespect for my property. The casing delivered was completely incorrect as was a screen and the installers were pathetic. The Regional Operations Manager was well aware of same as he was involved with the install. He has emphatically promised to give this priority to rectify as well as contact me to discuss “how we may make your experience with Hansons better than it’s been.” I’m posting pictures and videos re: details.

Just had a new shower installed. Looks great! Didn’t take any time to install. Troy (lead installer) ***Revised May 20. After installation next day shower faucet would not turn off and had to turn off water in the home until installer returned to fix (which in fairness, he did come back within a couple of hours). Still awaiting some minor repairs.
