The team that came out were amazing. Jeff was professional and worked extremely hard to give us the new windows we dreamed of! Jesse, Jake & chuck were super friendly and worked their butts off too. These windows are top notch and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty. We had a TON of windows to replace that were wood from the 90’s and we were not disappointed. Thank you guys!

The nightmare continues. This company is having serious issues. My order FINALLY arrived after one excuse after another re: manufacturing issues. I’m so over the promises, apologies & egregious disrespect for my property. The casing delivered was completely incorrect as was a screen and the installers were pathetic. The Regional Operations Manager was well aware of same as he was involved with the install. He has emphatically promised to give this priority to rectify as well as contact me to discuss “how we may make your experience with Hansons better than it’s been.” I’m posting pictures and videos re: details.

Just had a new shower installed. Looks great! Didn’t take any time to install. Troy (lead installer) ***Revised May 20. After installation next day shower faucet would not turn off and had to turn off water in the home until installer returned to fix (which in fairness, he did come back within a couple of hours). Still awaiting some minor repairs.

I had a surround tub/shower builder special converted into a walk in shower with Hansons.
My initial consultation with Ryan was informative. He went through all options, colors, hardware, etc.
When making changes, it was easy to reach him, and he was always prompt in his replies.
Our contractor Troy was friendly, and professional, and informed us of all the steps and instructions before and after installation.
He unfortunately didn't have a partner that day, but still managed to remove our old tub/shower and install the walk in, with glass sliders by himself in one day.
He did a beautiful job installing, and I was very happy with the quality of the product from Hansons.
It was a clean process, and you would never know construction had happened in your home.
I chose the laser etched grey, white base, glass top slider doors with black hardware. A bar on each door, a shaving shelf, hand sprayer and rain shower head.
I absolutely love how it looks and can begin working on the rest of my bathroom remodeling now.

Salesman Jeff is unprofessional and a liar. During the estimate he was very arrogant. When he went over all the products he was knowledgeable but not. He had horrible photo renderings that he showed us, basically black and white that didn’t show the true look. Then during the cost overview he basically threatened us and said “These prices are today only. You’ll never get this opportunity again.” We felt very rushed and pressured. He even answered a phone call from his mother during the visit.
Even after all that, out of desperation and the price being right, we agreed. He said a shower install would take one, maybe two days. It was three considering we had to wait 24-hours for all the caulk to cure. Then we experienced a leak during the first use and I noticed a small Knick on our tub ledge (photo attached). I had to call customer service and basically beg them to come out the next day (they tried to make me wait (“we don’t have availability until next week.”). Our contractor came out the next morning, found and stopped the leak, and patched the hole the area the water damaged in my kitchen ceiling. The knick was ignored.
During our install I asked about the shelves we ordered. Our contractor said shelves weren’t on the work order so I got in touch with Jeff. When I began asking about the shelves, he became verbally abusive. He chose to yell, argue, talk over, and gaslight me when I brought it to his attention. When I told him he needed to speak to me calmly and respectfully and not to gaslight me, he hung up on me.
I’ll give our contractor Brett all the credit, he did an amazing job, he’s done everything in his power to fix the issues and be there for us. We love our new shower, but I don’t love the way we’ve been treated.
I know I ordered shelves for our shower, Jeff failed to put them on the work order then blame me and accuse me of trying to get free products we didn’t pay for. The shelves were a selling point! He tried to tell me I never took pics of the shelves?! “You didn’t take any pictures of shelves. I don’t have shelf or niche photos in my iPad.” No, you had them in your binder! Here they are (attached to the review)!! And how about a thank you for when I saved your skin bcuz you had our tub drain direction wrong! You had it as right side, when it’s a left, and had I ignored that little detail you would’ve been to blame for the wrong part being ordered, which would have pushed our install back!
I immediately contacted customer service about my extremely unpleasant and inexcusable experience this morning and for the second time there was no manager available, so the rep (who was very nice and patient) “took notes”, apologized and said they’ll call me back.
I don’t expect these issues to be resolved. Personally, I have 20+ years of sales experience and I’m a product reviewer, so this is my life. I am disappointed to say the least. People won’t always remember what you did for them, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. I feel cheated.

Update 1/9/25 They replied to the 1/8/25 update asking for contact info. I replied to their link with no response from Hansons.
Update 1/8/2025 Had a thermal imaging done and found the entire sill is cold, causing it to sweat when coming in contact with the inside heat at the drip pan under the sill. There are no moisture issues with any other window that they installed.
Got the number off the doorwall and spoke with the manufacturer. The gentleman I was in contact with had me look for gaps under the drip pan.
For reference;
House temp/humidity is 71deg / 45%, and the crawl is 60deg / 50%. Crawlspace rim joists were insulated and visqueen down with dehumidifier at the time of Hansons telling me it was caused by our house.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Had windows and doorwall installed by the Hansons subcontractors "Not employees like Wallside Windows," and once it got cold outside, my doorwall threshold (sill plate) started sweating inside the house from no insulation under the threshold. The threshold stands out farther than my house, and the cold is going through the threshold to the frame on the inside, meeting the heat of the house. My crawl has visqueen and rim joists insulation. Hansons put the blame on my house and not the poor installation.
They said they looked over the installation pictures, and the installer caulked the threshold, and that's good enough. I asked for the pictures of the installation, and they refused and said they're in their system and can't send them to me. Strange when you can screenshot them and forward them to me.
When the technician came out, I mentioned doing a review and giving a one star because it keeps people honest, and his comment was yeah for a small business.
They don't care about their customers after the installation, and they get paid apparently. Sucks cause I was told not to use them before I did, and I didn't listen. So here's your chance to STAY AWAY from Hansons.
See in the pics no barrier under the doorwall threshold. Shouldn't be able to see the wood, but that's the kind of job they do.

I had an unbelievably bad experience with Hanson. They installed a defective window, and when I reached out, their customer service was disrespectful and dismissive. To make matters worse, I felt their tone was discriminatory. They even refused to let me speak with a manager and insisted the window was fine, despite obvious defects. This company lacks professionalism and integrity. I would strongly advise against doing business with Hanson; this was hands-down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.”
