Install of a walk in shower. The installers name was Alex. He did an excellent job. He was very attentive to all of our questions. He work was excellent paying attention to all details of the project. He was very good at cleaning up the work site. We would highly recommend Home Pro of MI.

We are extremely happy with our shower remodel and truly appreciated the outstanding workmanship Alex provided throughout the entire project. His attention to detail and pride in his work were obvious every step of the way, and the finished shower looks fantastic.
Alex was also incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to work with. He kept everything neat and clean each day, answered all of our questions patiently, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. We genuinely enjoyed having him in our home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

Kevin listened carefully to what we wanted and our concerns with keeping to budget. He worked very hard to get us every deal and discount he could find, saving us a lot of money on our bathroom remodel.

Update: now that the project is complete I wanted to add that both Caleb and Rob were great at coordinating and scheduling the work so that it could be done in a timely and organized manner. Our installer Chad was the best. He worked hard to ensure the work was done at quality in the time we were quoted. He was friendly to our family and professional. If you get Chad as an installer count yourself very lucky.

Chad was great! Respectful of us and our home. Cleaned up as he went and left the bathroom totally transformed. He did an amazing job, fit & finishes are perfect. Love it!

Very happy with our new shower, it looks great! Communication from Home Pro across Sales, Project Management and the onsite Installation Technician was excellent. Time from initial contact to completion was less than a month. Alex our installation technician was prompt, professional and kept us informed through the whole process. Alex went above and beyond during installation to minimize impact to us while working from home and kept a keen eye out for our pets while moving in and out of the house.

This company is great. We wanted to replace our 29 year old 1 piece tub and shower with a walk-in shower. We were leery of the (1 day) installation outfits that advertise like crazy on TV. We came across Home-Pro at a home remodeling show and the representative, Dana, was not one of those in-your-face, fast talking reps that you want to run away from. She answered our questions and we scheduled an appointment with a design consultant the next day. He was knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to our many questions or concerns. We ended up scheduling an installation that has recently been completed. This took 2 days which we were happy with. Nobody had to be working here until 10:00 pm. or later just so they could say it was done in a day.
The installer, Alex, was excellent. He certainly knew what he was doing and worked efficiently and cleanly. We are very pleased with the outcome of this unit.

Peyton did an absolutely amazing job! The shower looks like it came from a high end magazine. He was polite, and kept us informed throughout the project. At the end of the job Peyton cleaned up so well it looked spotless,there was no cleaning for us to do. The salesman Todd was fantastic. He took the time presentation and assured us a new shower was in possible in our 98 year old house by doing extra measurements. Great job, great company. Thank you so much.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Home Pro, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. They removed our garden tub and installed a huge, beautiful shower, installed our customer-supplied vanity and toilet, and redid the flooring. The transformation is amazing—we are literally taking showers in our dream bathroom.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The initial phone call to set up the appointment was easy, Mike, our salesman, was knowledgeable and straightforward, and everything was clearly explained. There were no surprises.

Our installer, Peyton, truly deserves special recognition. He was friendly, quiet, polite, extremely efficient, and worked incredibly hard. The quality of his work is outstanding, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. If raises or recognition are ever on the table, Peyton absolutely deserves one—we were thrilled with his workmanship and professionalism.

The entire remodel was completed in just three days, which honestly exceeded our expectations. While the remodel was not cheap, it was 100% worth the investment. We did wish we could have had additional work done—such as finishing drywall, painting, removing our older shower, and redoing cabinets—but that portion simply wasn’t in the budget. Even so, what was included was done flawlessly.

We have zero complaints and would highly recommend Home Pro to everyone. Amazing people, amazing work, and an amazing result. Thank you to the entire Home Pro team for making our bathroom remodel such a great experience.
