We recently completed a full bathroom remodel with Kurtis Kitchen & Bath, and while the process wasn’t perfect, we are absolutely thrilled with the final result.

The project did take longer than originally expected, and there were a few frustrations along the way, including some tile work that needed to be redone. That said, what really sets this company apart is how they handled those challenges. Every time an issue came up, they stepped up, took responsibility, and fixed it without hesitation or hassle. No defensiveness, no pushback—just a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

In the end, our bathroom is beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work made all the difference. Remodeling can be stressful, but knowing you’re working with a team that truly cares about the outcome gives you confidence.

Be aware of services if you have anything other than a small kitchen. I went with KK because they were offering free financing for 24 months but I only received 12 months. I had my cabinets painted and my doors ended up warped. They said they would replace the most damaged warped door but they never did (see pic). The paint on the cabinets started to chip in less than a month after getting painted ( see pic). Very disappointing service.

Our cabinet refacing project is finally complete 6 months later. Love the finished project but this was a complete headache of a job and regretted using Kurtis. Lack of communication from the start with their sales person, project manager and installers. Our project should have taken a week, max, to complete. Took way longer than that with them having to come back multiple times to redo crappy workmanship. I requested that a supervisor call me to discuss all of the extra days off work I had to take off due to their negligence and them keep sending out an installer I specifically said I didn’t want back and of course, no call. Thankfully I finally have a completed kitchen but I would not use them again.

Michael restored my kitchen cabinets for Kurtis Kitchen and Bath and did an excellent job. He would call each morning and tell me what time he would arrive and was here almost to the minute. He was very neat, organized, and thorough. He’s an excellent painter and restorer.

We had a great experience working with Kurtis in our kitchen renovation. While the design process started off a bit rocky - our designer’s initial plans weren’t as original or attentive to our preferences as we had hoped for - she was ultimately flexible and made the changes as requested (You want to have an exact idea of how your kitchen should look and function).
What really made the difference was Jeff, our project manager. He was outstanding - responsive and proactive in resolving any issues that came up. Thanks to his dedication and follow-through, the renovation went smoothly, and we now have our dream kitchen. We’re happy with the final result!

Terri & I would like to publicly thank Kurtis Kitchen & Bath for the wonderful experience in re-doing four of our bathrooms and the laundry room. Our experience from beginning the design phase with Lauren Cuadrio, follow through with Jenna Anastasio and perhaps the most important asset with Anthony Schram, general contractor and all his highly qualified trades. The process was organized and everyone did their part to make it a fabulos upgrade to our home. Thanks Kurtis.....we appreciated all your guidance and expertise and would recommend your company to anyone looking to improve their home....Kurtis is the place to go....you won't be disappointed.

KKB was very professional and talented throughout the project. Hired sub-contractors were excellent in their trade and PM handled everything for us! From design to finish, we have a great and valued kitchen now!

Kurtis did a magnificent job on our kitchen remodel. Samantha, the designerwas a pleasure to work with. Scott did a phenomenal job installing cabinets, painting, etc. Truly a hard worker! John, our project manager kept me in the loop when trades people were coming, etc. Also, got our job done 2 days early. Yeah! That is why we had them back ( Kurtis remodeled our primary bathroom in 2023) to remodel our 25 year old kitchen, they do quality work! We are very satisfied. 😊

No one communicates with each other. They hire out contractors and then blame them when things don’t get done correctly. We had our cabinets refinished, paid over $13,000 and within months I am sweeping paint chips everyday. They took out my countertops and backsplash then I had to wait a week before they came to install the countertops just to find out they measured wrong and no one caught that the stovetop we bought wasn’t going to work, although we had to send the specs to 2 separate people. I had no countertops or backsplash for 17 days. Then when they finally came out to install the completely busted my window ledge which had to be completely replaced and reconfigured. Just so disappointment in the money we gave this company and the constant screw ups and the absolute lack of communication with us or between them and their contractors. My kitchen is still not done and I wasn’t going to give this review because they promised they were going to make everything right and again, today, we were supposed to have a painter come out and they “didn’t see our job on their schedule” so no one showed up, WE had to call and find out what was going on. They have wasted so much of our time and I’m just so disappointed in my experience

We had our kitchen and half bath cabinets painted. After going through several other home improvement projects, this one was the easiest. Katie our sales person helped us pick the color and made buying easy. Jason our painter was a great communicator, did a great job setting up and minimizing dust and disruption, and the quality of his work was exceptional. Even the cleanup was good! We would recommend him to anyone looking to refinish and paint cabinets!
