We had all our windows (19) replaced by Scott, Frank and PWee. What an amazing job they did! I can't say enough about the team. They have all been installing windows for 20+ years and it showed in their work. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND in everything they did! I recommend ImproveIt! for your windows, bath, kitchen needs. Although we only did the windows, I will be sure to call them with the other areas of our home, should we update them in the future. Give them a call! They are the BEST!!

I cannot say enough about these guys! Frank, Phil and Scott were professional, friendly and courteous from beginning to end. They even made my 5 year old grandson feel like part of the crew. They let me know what to expect and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The were very neat and tidy and cleaned up everything. The windows are beautiful and the warranty cannot be beat! Multiple times they commented on the integrity of this company that made them stay. This was a phenomenal experience for me and my family from the first meeting to the final cleanup. The beadwork on the windows they did with no tools shows the care and experience. I am impressed! Thank you for caring about your clients so much!!
Patrick Riley was such a gentleman. He spent nearly all day patiently helping me figure out everything that I wanted to help fix my bathroom that the previous guy messed up and left unfinished. He was extremely professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I’m blessed to have met him!
We had a great sales presentation for new windows. We needed 26 windows. It was very informative and helped us make a decision. The price was great compared to others. It was also nice to work with a local company and our salesman Adam was awesome.
So far, I am just writing a review on our fantastic experience we just had with our sales representative from ImproveIt Home Remodeling. His name is Dominic Finch. He is such a personable and kind young gentleman. He is very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know for our bathroom remodel. He also was able to get us the very best financing deal that worked for our situation based on his clear understanding of the company's financing options available. Thank you so much Dominic. It was a pleasure to meet you.
Update - work has been completed - it took from August to December - the shower is beautiful but still would not recommend Improveit.
Unfortunately, we are in week 10 and our shower is not finished and will be at least another 3-4 weeks to maybe get it right. It has been disaster after disaster. I would not go with these guys. They sub contract everything and the sub contractors are not good. I called the president to talk to him and he had someone else call and try to make it right. Which it was again not right. Now I have a pvc shower rod and curtain. There has been no talk of any compensation- beware!
