We had two bathrooms remodeled and the upstairs is 95 percent correct they were suppose to put in a heater/fan/light system in but they only put in the fan/light system without telling us the reason for that. The small downstairs bathroom they didn't have the correct sink, toilet, and cabinet oh and yes they said we didn't order the cabinet but funny it was showing on a spec sheet. Anyhow the toilet has an unpainted black spot on it and they put the cheapest smallest pedestal sink in and the color is white. Yes we did agree to the pedestal sink as long as it was matching but we didn't think they would get the smallest cheapest thing they could find and I know the toilet was reduced because of black spot. So if you hire them go down with your spec sheet and make sure you have the items you wanted and don't agree to them going and buying things they don't have.

We had a project done by Install America a couple weeks back and needed a minor follow up with one of the doors. Vincent came by today and quickly identified what needed to be corrected. He was helpful and professional. He completed the work quickly but expertly! I am very happy with the experience all around.

I wrote out a fantastic review for this company because of the neighborhood program they offer back when I got my trex deck last May. But after being a customer since 2022 and someone who spent $14,000 on a vinyl fence, 12,000 on a trex deck, $7,000 on a front door , $21,000 for a metal roof and $18,000 for windows it’s time to let everyone know how this company really runs. 1. Don’t be fooled by the sales people. They will tell you how the contractors will install everything but that’s not true. They make everything sound good till the day the contractors come. Our salesperson was Jason Karlow for the fence, windows and roof. He told us they offer a lifetime warranty on every project and when they replace my old wooden fence they would be digging up my old post. That never happened. They used my old 4 foot high cement post for a 6 foot high vinyl fence. When the window crew installed my windows they never caulked my windows or fully nailed the trim nails in. I had to do that myself. In 2024 we had Jason again for a metal roof estimate. He promised that our old shingles and tin roof were to be removed and new layment and insulation were to be placed. The day the roofers came they said they weren’t tearing anything off that they were overlaying everything. They didn’t order enough metal panels so I had to be on the company ass to make sure more panels were ordered. Also they were to replace any rotted wood and they did not. Antonio the roofer said he didn’t have the right tools. This roofing project was more of a headache then anything. Especially when they went on my neighbor roof and they had a dumper dropped off at my house and it sat for days waiting for it to be picked up. When the roof was done I realized something was missing. Here they never installed snowguards. That the salesperson never said that snowguards were an add on. So I had to spend more money to get those installed. 2. Don’t fall for the neighborhood program ( hook and bait). When the salesperson gives you a price that you don’t like cause it will be high they pull out a piece of paper with a different number if only you agree to write a review and display a sign on your property, which they never bring. 3. Getting ahold of someone in the office is a task. Communication and customer service is not there strong point. You will just be passed on from person to person. I only used this company because of my mom getting windows from them and they did financing. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a headache and to be disappointed. I highly recommend looking for an actual contractor so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Lastly it’s 2025 and this past January, 2 bottom railings of my vinyl fence fell down from it contracting to much.I reached out to Install America and they said someone would be out in the spring which was understandable. March 26 they sent out a roofer to take the same pictures I did of my fence and to tell me he couldn’t fix it. I was told Justo who installed my fence is now doing bathroom remodeling for the company that they would have to get with him. I waited and sent emails out and heard nothing. April 9th I get told they are sending someone out on April 17th. I thought they were sending the fencer, nope they sent someone else out and I was told that the fencing crew cut my railings to short that new railings would be ordered. It’s May 1st and I reached out to see if the new railings were ordered and the bathroom/ kitchen manager sent me an email saying the fence is no longer under warranty since it’s been 2022. That I would have to pay to get the 2 sections fixed. How can my fence be out of warranty when they offer lifetime warranty and if it was an installation error if the railings were cut to short and the tabs were never cut out on my neighbor side and they never replaced my old post?

I am a previous customer from a couple years ago and was so satisfied then with the service and the quality of the product that I decided to use Install America again. This time I had eight windows replaced, and it was the same service, courteous and respectful. The windows are so nice. It made my house look better. install america finally got back to me and fixed what the subcontractors messed up to begin with .not install america but if i could give the subcontractor company a negative 10 i would . this bathroom constantly has issues, not sure why this company would send out people who have no idea what theyre doing but its been a mess and after several months i continue to find issues

I can honestly say my bathroom project which was my first install was a mess, and they need to research the subcontractors before sending them out bc they should be ashamed of themselves
while the people they sent out were originally nice , and seemed to work diligently, the communication was horrible, and in the end so was the bathroom .
it looked nice when they left but wasnt til after they left i found all the problems. leaky bath faucet with a bent pipe, completely wrong window i had to hold closed with styrofoam and trying to get a hold of someone in the beginning besides rude salespeople was ridiculous. when they finally did send someone from thier own company to fix the original issues , the manager robert and window guy Paul were very nice and helpful and fixed the original items i found wrong, keyword “found” wrong .
I understand people are human , and shortstaffed , but the subcontractors didnt even own up to their mistakes and apologize or anything, just tried to put blame on the customer not hearing properly, which was way off base. Robert from install america thank you for fixing what your subcontractors screwed up to begin with, i honestly wish they had sent you out to begin with bc it wouldve avoided all this mess. thank you

Overall a great experience! We have 6 windows done including a bay window. Those windows were not energy efficient and very outdated. They explained the importance of new windows and the best type for our home. Install took a day and a half but went smooth. All 3 installers for polite, friendly and wasted no time. They cleaned up and showed us how to use the new bay window that opened! 110% would recommend to anyone looking for new windows with great quality and great pricing!

If you have ever wondered, "Why did I wait so long to do that?", then that is exactly what you will say after you have a bathroom upgrade done for you by Install America. David and Michael were our installers and they were wonderful, efficient, and professional They were able to pick out materials based on our "ideas" that were perfect. They were always on time and worked diligently. When they left each day everything was cleaned up.

At the end of the day, the project was done not only to our expectations but they exceeded those expectations.

The install American team came to my small home today and took out my 60 year old wooden windows and within six hours installed 14 new windows which gave my house an amazing facelift and it looks brand new now! Very professional crew super friendly and courteous I recommend them highly. The business manager was very friendly and flexible regarding a slight delay in my final payment. I felt like I was dealing with people I knew for years.👍🏻

My entire experience with Install America was excellent! It started with a visit from their sales manager Mike to provide the information about their windows as well the company 411 (60 years in business). Friendly, personable, straight up and no snake oil. Energy Star rated, low E-glass, double pane, argon gas filled. LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! Yes, please!

Next up was the call with Bill their project manager to schedule and coordinate the installation. Again friendly, personable, professional etc. I was informed that it would be about 2 weeks to build our windows. This after their field person Jack needed to come on site to get all the proper measurements.

Installation crew prompt, professional and courteous. They did have to work with both our dogs being in the way. Miguel, Brian and Wolfie got things done right on time. Excellent quality of work and explanation of how the windows operate (both sashes tilt easily for cleaning).

The job isn’t complete until all the clean up is done and they did a great job removing all construction debris!

Highly satisfied and would recommend anyone looking for new windows to consider Install America to get the job done. Did I mention LIFETIME WARRANTY!
