We had been thinking about getting the roof and insulation done for couple of years. We looked for contractors and found Journey Builders as one of our options. Upon meeting with Zack, the project manager, we decided to do the roof with them. They had, in comparison to other estimates, a fair price. However, it came down to how comfortable we were with their transparent process. The process was fairly smooth and easy going. The roof was done in a timely manner and they worked really hard to finish everything before the rains started again. Overall it was very easy working with them and we would definitely recommend to work with Journey Builders.

When they did our roof, they had uncovered bad work that previous roofers had done before us, where they had patched up spots instead of using new materials it had sold it to us as otherwise. They have been really kind to our family and gave us a great deal on a great product. I would definitely refer them to friends in need of a new roof.

I had a ton of leaks on my roof, so when I starting looking into roofers, Journey Builders popped up on my screen. I saw they had great reviews on google and yelp, so I decided to take advantage of their free estimate. I called them up and had a appointment the next day, the girl that I spoke with was very polite and professional, When the roof specialist came out, he took a look at my roof and showed me pictures and was very thorough in explaining the process of changing my roof. He have me a great price and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. When they started my project, they were very fast and efficient, the guys clean up very good and the process was more seamless than I anticipated. I definitely will recommend them to my friends, when they need their roof done!
