Joyce was a great experience. Brian Clark in Sales was great to work with in the process. Matt McGraw was amazing with the Installation of the shower/bath remodel. He was a 10 out of 10! He was thorough, took care of my home. He keep me informed and answered my questions. Gave me good advise. His work ethic is hard to come by these days. I am very happy and thanks again Matt McGraw.

We met with Tony today to discuss the remodeling of the shower portion of our master bathroom. Tony was polite and congenial. He thoroughly explained the Joyce product and installation process. He is knowledgeable and thus very credible in his presentation. He showed respect for our opinions in the discussion and offered constructive suggestions without being condescending. My husband and I were very comfortable throughout the process and have accepted the bid for our bathroom remodeling project. All in all, a great experience!

We absolutely LOVE our new shower from Joyce Factory Direct! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Kinda met with us and helped us design the perfect custom shower to replace our outdated jacuzzi tub and at a fair price. Tim Gawne did an outstanding job installing our shower in only 2 days!
