Was super understanding and great with our pups . I would highly recommend dave and allen co to anyone needing work done . As far quality work it was above and beyond what we expected . Joseph just finished installing our windows. He did a great job. On time, polite, professional and did a good clean up. Joseph installed windows a few years ago for us, so we were happy to see him again. Windows are a great quality at a competitive price too.

Alenco installed a new door at the entrance to my home, and it looks great. The whole experience was very enjoyable, from the initial consultation, through the install, and finally the follow-up call I recieved asking me if I was satisfied. All of their representative employees did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Did a great job! The crew explained everything to me before they started the job as to what they was gonna be doing. A couple issues arose as they got into the work and explained the issue and what they needed to do to fix the issue, and then, after cleaning up thoroughly, they brought me in for a final inspection and cleaning procedures. Just one thing I would suggest for anyone getting future replacements, get the shower doors and not just a curtain and a safety handle. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 installers so I could give them accolades, you guys were amazing and I thank both of you for doing such an amazing job! Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing. I am so happy, I wish I had done this a long time ago. It's beautiful. They arrived on time ,updated me through the process, were mindful of my carpet and walls , cleaned up well!. I'm thrilled with the end result. No hidden costs or charges either. I'm beyond impressed. My installer was bmvwry nice, asked for my input when applicable, and thanked me after he cleaned up. I would highly recommend!

Returning costumer! Great windows, excellent service, and they stand behind their warranty. I've replaced all my windows with Alenco (15+ windows). I trust them so I decided to add a new window in the basement too. Regarding warranty: I had a window leak issues that turned out to be a roof leak but they came out multiple times to try to help address the issue. They were the ones who actually found the roof leak. I really appreciated that.

The sales team is great. Nathaniel Tredoux was the sales guy for all my replacement windows and he was awesome. The salesperson for my new window install was Connor Overman, although a bit new and unexperienced he was very friendly, helpful, and competent. Installers are great too!

We contacted them and got immediate response. The sales rep so so thorough and took us through the process and we were able to pick what we wanted. This walk in shower was a gift to my husband and me as we are 73 years old now. Before the installation day which was pretty speedy, my husband fell in our tub/shower and I had to call the fire department to get him out. Exactly what I was try to avoid. The day came for installation and our installer, Mitch, was so personal and professional. He advised us us at every turn. Our house was built in 1947. Brick! He ran into a few problems but advised us and overcame the issues. We are so pleased with the walk-in shower. Money well spent. This is an excellent company

We LOVE our new, walk-in shower! It's beautiful, functional and so enjoyable. The installers were fantastic. They were very professional, hard working and personable. Upon finishing, they cleaned, swept & vacuumed, leaving everything in A1 shape. Alenco you had better hold on to these guys. You have GOLD there.
