The water filter was outrageously overpriced, and the complete inability to obtain service makes this company one I strongly urge everyone to avoid.

For the past two weeks, I have been trying—without success—to schedule my required annual service appointment with Leaf Home Water Solutions. The experience has been infuriating and absolutely unacceptable. My water filtration system has been displaying a constant warning that the water may not be safe, along with a nonstop beeping alarm that cannot be silenced until service is completed. This is a system I paid a significant amount of money for, and yet I cannot get the company to perform even the most basic maintenance.

I have called customer service every single day for two weeks. Most calls go unanswered after long hold times. When I select the callback option, I often receive no callback at all. On the rare occasions someone does call me back, I am told a manager or scheduling representative will follow up. No one ever does. I have emailed multiple times and have never received a response. There is no online scheduling option, leaving customers entirely dependent on a phone system that clearly does not work.

I have now wasted countless hours trying to schedule a simple maintenance appointment while enduring a nonstop alarm from a system that is supposed to protect my water quality. The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic customer support from Leaf Home Water Solutions is beyond disappointing—it is negligent.

Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Their customer service is dysfunctional, their communication is nonexistent, and their follow‑through is completely unreliable. I would not trust them with something as important as water safety.

I told salesman I wanted my existing system replaced with a salt free whole house system because I have hard water with iron in it. They sold me a system that made my water more poisonous and harder than my old leaky system. Now they want me to BUY an addition water softening system to the one they installed that for $5000, doesn't do what it's designed to do. Their own technician filled a jug with clear well water and a jug through filter system that was as orange as apple cider or tea. For an additional few thousand. We are at a stalemate because they don't offer anything doing even though their product isn't doing what it's designed to do. They sent the same salesman to sell me another line of BS for over 2100 dollars instead of admitting he mislead and lied to me to make the original sale. The initial water test was bad but the test currently is worse and near deadly.

Great experience with Leaf! In home demonstration and explaination was very impressive and sealed the deal. Installation came in a couple of days and was very professional. Really looking forward to super clean water for the first time in my life in my retirement home. Thanks Scot and Axel. Dennis

I called for free estimate for RO and whole house filtration system. My wife and I had no idea the systems. Peter came, tested the water and explained politely and professionally what system I need. He connected me with the PM Scot. Scot explained to me how the system works and guided me through. I said I’ll call back. My wife and I researched and had many questions. We called Scot several times at different times. Sometimes late but he always picked up his phone answered our questions in details. We were satisfied with what we were getting. We paid and Vince came to install the system. He was very methodical, thorough and explained me everything while he was installing. He did a great job installing both the systems. I truly recommend them.
