We could not be more satisfied with the installation experience. Both Larry and Matt were awesome. The install was seamless, efficient and very professional. What a difference in the taste of the water, our morning coffee tastes better. The water coming out of the refrigerator dispenser tastes better too. We have noticed much less water spotting on our glass showers. Totally happy, well worth the investment.

But the installer assured me that with the new technology I didn’t need to have a water line without the soft water for drinking because the water would taste the same. IT DOESNT! And my coffee tastes worse.
It tastes slightly soap/chlorine(?). so now I will have to run a bypass line.

Our salesman was very arrogant and pushy, we still unfortunately ended up purchasing a system. Installer showed up before confirming appointment and we had to "reschedule". Made an appointment for the next day and got the system installed. He regenerates the system to get manufacturing dirt out of the system. Now the fun starts. The first 48 hours we have very dirty water coming from all faucets/toilets. I assume it's more manufacturing dirt in the new tanks flushing through our home. It clears up after a few days. A week later our system regenerates for the first time. We lose half our water pressure throughout the home. The next morning, while taking a shower, I lose all pressure with the water literally dripping from the showered. I call and they send a tech out the next day and find that their media from the system has clogged the distribution tube of their system and we have limited water in our house. They disassemble the system, clean the media from everywhere it shouldn't be and a few hours later have water in the home again. The technician assumes while the system was laying down during transport to our home, their media spilled into parts of the system it shouldn't have. In chatting we figure out that the dirty water we were experiencing during the first few days of use was their media from the system being dispersed throughout our home. Now I have 8 faucets , four shower heads, a few shower wands, refrigerator filters and RO system all clogged with their media beads. I spend the next week or two cleaning aerators and shower heads, trying to get our water flowing smoothly again. Now the last week or two, at night, while our house is quiet I noticed our toilets run on and off all the time. This weekend I rip the first toilet apart. Sure enough there is their media beads all over the tank and now embedded in the rubber seals of the toilet, allowing water to slowly leak out, then our toilet running for 30 seconds to fill back up. This happens over and over all day long. It looks like most of our toilets (we have 6 toilets) now have this problem. Looks like my next few weekends will be rebuilding toilet tanks. I hope at some point we can benefit from clean water but the first 6 weeks has been any but enjoyable, has been very expensive and very time consuming.

We chose Leaf Home Water Solutions for our water softener system because they had great reviews and trusted credentials. They came in first to assess our water and find the right system for our needs. During the inspection and installation process, they we all very kind, professional, and explained everything we need to do to care for our system. We have had our system for a little over a month now and our water is great! The only complaint I have is that it decreased the water pressure, but only if you have multiple things running. Great investment into our new home! No overly soapy feeling to the water that other system have either!

To us food, water and air are the three most important needs for healthy living!!!
Sales person was courteous by a prior phone call announcing when he would be arriving allowing us time to prepare for his visit. He was punctual which is important to us. Introduction to the product and service presented was thorough with the answering of many questions. When committing to a major purchase we want talking to one who knows their product and thoroughly believes in its quality, functionality, durability and comparison to other brands. Explaining finance options made it clear how low income families can have options so they too can have the necessity of pure healthy water.
The installer came next day which is unheard of these days. Cameron was also polite and on time toting his wares to make installation thorough tho very intricate. Seeing his masterful assembly was done with care and nothing short of amazing. At completion he showed and explained the finished job, remarking that any questions needed answered after he left we could call him personally by his direct number.
Our HUGE concern about the installer’s experience was “not good”! Upon completion this “strong man” had to turn the retired softener unit around a corner and up a flight of stairs, turn another corner and then again. Proceed across a carpeted room and through a doorway. Prance with this heavy unit down the driveway to the road. Upon seeing he had put the unit by our mailbox, I realized the refuse company picking up the discarded unit would struggle with being close to the mailbox. I asked him to pull it over to the other side of driveway and he willingly did it. Heavy duty refuse truck came with hydraulics tough enough to lift but refused because it was too heavy. Bad enough, I’m told there were those charging $200 to haul it away. What’s worse in my mind was, holy cow, how did the installer get the old unit up the stairs and out to the road with NO HELP! There should be back-up come when installation is complete.
Okay, now you need to know how pleased we are with our water. It does the job it’s been crafted and invented to do in spite of the hardest minerals and iron content in our area. Tho too many elements come into play when it comes to air, food, and water we consume, its comforting to know we have safe drinking and bathing water. Now if only you could come up with improving the toxins in our food and the air we breathe. 😱 It’s a battle that’s got to be won!
Finally, as a former salesperson, it’s very important to us that the salesperson follows-up. Yes, Mr. Buccitelli came to the house, having made an appointment, checked the system and made necessary changes, and answered all questions. And lastly said he would return if after settings deemed it necessary.
