We were promised "End gutter Cleaning forever." What they didn't say was you had to clean the filter before EVERY rain. We did that but our flat roof had 7" of water because the drains would not drain fast enough. The roof was in danger of collapse. My 84-year-old husband got up on the 2-story roof and tried to make the filters work. He then poked a hole in one which "Voided our warrantee". LeafFilter did not acknowledge this was a mitigating circumstance. Had we not poked a hole in the filter, our entire roof was endanger of collapse. They told us they would NOT have covered any damages! They TOTALLY misrepresented their product.

I had a appointment with leaf Filter to see what it would cost for their gutter service. They came give an estimate. It was very high. I turned it down. They came back with a new offer. Not much different from the first. I turned it down. They came back again with the manager special. It was I thought a good offer. I accepted.
I heard nothing back. Thirty 30 days go by, Nothing. I called several times. I was told my salesman was on vacation. He would get back with me when back. Thirty more days, nothing. I sent a text to the salesman. He said he couldn't help me as he no longer worked there. I called the office. They refused to honor the offer. At this point I walked away.

Foolishly I previously gave LF a 5 star review with glowing praise for their workers. After they collected just under $5K from us for minimal work done, our neighbors were stunned that we paid that much & that we didn’t research the company beforehand. We have several unaddressed issues & they are NOT returning our calls, even the mgr of their Anaheim office. Now that they have our $$$,
They think that they’re done with us. IT WAS ONLY A $2K job. & we got ripped off.
They are currently under investigation and the 4 attorneys from my own family are going to put a stop to them by Class Action or otherwise. PLEASE DO NOT STEP INTO THEIR DECEPTIVE TRAP unless you plan to get ripped off like we did & have to sue them later.
