Leaf Filter is not taking responsibility for a water leak that was created when the leaf filter system was installed. We have a water leak that runs behind the gutter down a window that will cause water damage to the window frame. We made three Leaf Filter warranty service calls. The first time they claimed to fix the problem (which they didn't). The second and third times they claimed that it was not their responsibility. The water leak did NOT occur prior to the Leaf Filter installation. We are now facing additional repair costs for a third party roofer to fix the problem that was created by the Leaf Filter installation. This is totally unacceptable, especially given the exorbitant cost of $10,422 to install the system.

Leaffilter may have good gutters, but their service is terrible. Called three times for a service appointment ($95) & received no response. Finally, on the fourth call were told (for the first time) we had an appointment scheduled the next day between 8 a.m. & noon. Waited - no call - no one showed up. Avoid this place.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY 'S PHILADELPHIA/SHARON HIll,PA LOCATION. Had Copntract # 54658. Date of service 10/2/25 with a window of 12-4 PM. When booking rep knew it was an investment property and AS owner would need to travel 2-2 1/2 hrs to be present. Was there from 11:00-6:00 with still a no show. Called 5 times from 3:30 on to be told by corporate they were sending a message. Never rec'd a call back but was given local office #. Left 2 messages there unsuccessfully. Next day rec'd a call from a cell phone saying he would be at the property at 2. Called corporate again and was told there was a problem with a cell phone the day prior. Given the travel logistics involved with a call after 11 that day for service at 2, i asked for a call from mgt. Needless to say, my contract was cancelled.

Receiving spam emails promoting Leaf Filter.
They or one of their affiliates has hired a scam marketing company to send emails from URL's that are NOT leaffilter.com. Some are .edu, .shop or other non-affiliated companies.
Calling the company to report this insidious activity, they could care less about their reputation.
Strange part is, I never subscribed to ANY of their communications. More proof Leaf Filter hired a scam company to send phishing emails to unsuspecting people.
SHAME ON LEAF FILTER for allowing this disreputable activity.
DO NOT TRUST LEAF FILTER.

I contacted Leaf Filter in the Houston TX area for a quote to install gutters on my home. I did not accept the first quote and was then contacted by the Houston office manager with a lower price offering. I went out for additional bids and again offered Leaf Filter the opportunity to earn the work. I felt their quality was superior and was willing to pay a reasonable premium for their product. We agreed upon a price and set an appointment to choose the color and to set a date for installation. Leaf Filter was a no show for the appointment, and I have not been able to reach the manager of the Houston office for two weeks. I did reach another representative that agreed to find out what the problem was. I have not been provided with a reason for the lack of follow through. I would expect a large company like Leaf Filter to conduct business with integrity, but at this point it is obvious that integrity and honoring verbal agreements is not a core value, at least for the Houston office.

They are drastically over priced. My wife bought for the "lifetime warranty." I said too much but I don't want to be cleaning plugged gutters, so the warranty guaranteeing they work, works for me. Tried to contact company when gutters were overflowing and falling off on first major storm. No answer on weekend. Helpless foreigners with strong accents when You do get through. Have a waiting time of over a week with no gutter in places. STAY AWAY, an absolute Joke of a company.

We had Leaf Filter put on 2 years ago and we have a 2-story house. When we were on a ladder this summer we realized they forgot a section of the gutter. We have been calling them for 2 months to have someone come out and finish the job but no one has responded to our call. They say they are lifetime warranted but it really concerns me that we are only 2 years into this product, and they will not fulfill their promise.

Would leave o stars if I could. If you are reading this believe the one star reviews, it’s far worse than most I’ve read. Too many issues over the two and a half years that this rubbish was on my gutters to list! Finally had to remove myself. I wouldn't trust any response Leafilter leaves about this review, because if they were being honest the only reply should be we are so sorry and would like to offer you a full refund.
