On October 11, 2025 Leaf Filter installed leaf filters but did not align the gutters as needed. Service was scheduled on October 24, 2025 to correct this and finish the job. Leaf Filter No Showed on October 24. Service did not get back to me until that evening. I spoke with Harry Winter, service manager who was argumentative with both my husband and I. He was telling us we probably didn’t need the alignment because he hears this from many other customers!! We know that the gutter on the side of our house is not aligned, as it has water gushing down past the windows. Also, the salesman agreed that it looked like it needed to be aligned.
We scheduled another service appointment for November 7, as we were leaving on vacation. I received a call from my pet sitter on October 28, 2025 that Leaf Filter was there to do service!! I was very clear with Mr. Winter that we wanted to be home when service was scheduled. I am concerned with the incompetence. I have numerous calls into service with no return call.
We had an appointment scheduled today, November 7,2025 and Leaf Filter No Showed again. This is the second appointment that has been scheduled and they did not show up! This is a total of 8 hours we have sat and waited for service.
On November 3, 2025 I received a call from Manager, Tim Barna confirming our appointment and to listen to my concerns. He assured me that Service would take care of any concerns we have with the installation that was not completed. We are completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and follow through with service. When I contact service, it seems to be a call center and they pass the message along. It takes days to receive a return call.

Clean up was awful. Found screws and plastic in my DW.
A leaf blower was used and blew the debris onto + under the cars in the DW and into my side fence.
I had to clean up their misfortunes.
Called 3xs for a receipt and 3xs for an Ops Mgr to call me back....NOPE!!!!
Would never recommend this organization to anyone!

I saw their ad on social media. I just bought a new home and want gutters put on so I filled out the online questionnaire. The next day I got a call from them but I was at work and unable to answer. They called me twice that day. A day later I get another call from them and I wasn't able to answer. There was no voice-mail left. A day later they called again and I answered it. I explained it was a brand new home, the exact square footage of the house and I was looking for a rough estimate. The guy on the phone told me 1they wouldn't quote over the phone and the price was based on the job and I HAD to have someone come out and look at the job. I informed the guy that I worked 7 days a week and I couldn't schedule anything right now. He was very pushy about setting up an appointment. Then he started asking if there was anyone else in the house who could make decisions and if I had any children... I ended the conversation right then an there and told him if I wanted to use them that I'd call them back but at this time I wasn't interested.
Since that phone call, which was 3 weeks ago, I have received at least 6 to 8 phone calls a week. I can't block them because they call from a different number every time. I have answered the phone twice and told them to stop calling me that I wasn't interested and I still get calls from them.
Even if they were the cheapest and the most reliable company in my area, I would not use them simply based on their sale tactics and personal questions about my household. DO NOT FILL OUT AN ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE for them... they will hound you nonstop

I needed 250 feet of gutter gaurds .Leaf filter came in at $4200 . $17 a foot .A friend of mine charged me $ 200 and we got the filters from Home depo $3.76 for 3 foot guards . Total job less than $500. Yep Leaf filter is a RIP!!!

This is the worst gutter installation company. Installers did not speak English, so it was difficult to explain that they missed installing new down spouts and put one system completely on the wrong side of the building. The only person who spoke English left after an hour. Customer service answers the phone, but that's as far as it goes. The usual response is that "upper management" will call before 4pm the same or next day. Never happened. Absolutely horrible to communicate with, and even the handyman who showed up to fix the leaks, that were numerous, wasn't even a Leaf Filter employee, and wouldn't fix the downspouts at all. After finally agreeing to a $1500 credit, they wouldn't return our calls and finally called to say that all they would credit us is $100. All in all, a nightmare experience. Not worth the high price, horrible installation and terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.

Leaf filter is not 100 percent guaranteed. Debris has gathered and the company telephone person said there is a $95 charge to have the system checked after a year of use.

Talked to a sales rep in Sam's Club Saturday. Sales agent came to the house on Monday and the installers installed the leaf Filters on Tuesday. This was so fast and easy. Everyone was frienly, courteous and Polite.
They delivered swift and efficient service with a positive atitued to both my husband and I and our two dogs. It was a great experience. Our Service Tech was Eric Mackey.

We easily set up an appointment. The salesman was on time and presented how the system would work and physically demonstrated different systems. It was a no brainer after that. We purchased the system that day. It was promptly installed. We were pleased with the overall service. The installer took photos of his work.

For $11,000 I expected considerably more. I thought I was never supposed to have to get on a ladder to clean my gutters again...which I don't. The gutters are squeaky clean. But I traded. Instead of having to clean my gutters once every few months, I have to get up on my roof EVERY WEEK and sweep off the debris that gets stuck in between the plastic mounting and the stainless-steel filter. Other wise the water just rolls right over the leaves and pours down into a corner of the front of my house and floods my basement. And the salesmen all but swore to god that replacing the gutters and having this filter installed would stop that from ever happening again. They tried to not put gutter back around my back porch where they had taken it down from during the initial installation. They have even come out twice to try and solve this problem and it seems like the fixes they tried made it worse! Now the only way to stop my basement from flooding when it rains is to constantly fill and dump 5 gallon buckets in front of my house which didn't used to happen anywhere near as often as it does now. NOT IMPRESSED. WISH I COULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK!! DON'T WASTE YOURS!
