Chad came out to tell me about leaf filter gutters. He explained and showed me everything about the gutters. We went out and looked around the house and showed me some places that had been clogged up and had overflowed.
He told me everything about the gutters and the protection. I was very glad to know that it had a lifetime warranty on it and that it was also transferable if I were to sell the house.
They were very prompt about getting out to the house the next day. The installer was very nice and did a quick job! He was very professional, and I appreciated that! They were very efficient!
This seems to be a wonderful company and I highly recommend them.
Chad checked with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
Both of the employees that I dealt with, were friendly and interested in helping me with any questions.

The installation team was 5 Star! They showed up on time, explained the process well and got to work. Any time I had a question, Eric Mackey stopped what he was doing and gave me a complete and concise answer. They were courteous and friendly. They worked straight through and finished the job to my satisfaction. They cleaned up any debris. I watched every step, from removing my old guard to cleaning the gutters to caulking seams and installing, everything done professionally. They fixed an alignment issue and installed new box corners.
The sales representative used your typical new car purchase tactics, but with a lot of unnecessary haggling I was able to come to an agreeable price. Still, he was very professional throughout the process.
It has only been a day, so I can’t comment on the functionality of the guards, but visually, I love the way they look on the house!
So far, I would highly recommend!

They gave us an estimate based on 2 hrs work n it only took 1/2 hrs. So over charged n didn't clean the gutters or do the porch n when it rained clogged the pop-ups. We tried to get them to come back out n finish n they threatened to put a lein on our home n ruined our credit!..

Beware of contract signing!
I asked for a quote. I told them I ONLY wanted a quote and was not committing. It was during a stressful time in my life, as I had a death in my family. I was told that we were doing the contract "to save time - just in case" I chose to go with the company. Skip forward, after several quotes, and other family matters being resolved...they showed up at my house to install. Without a call, a confirmation or an acceptance from me. They were NOT my choice. And I was told that I signed a contract and if I wanted to cancel, I would now have to pay $1483 as a cancellation fee. I do not understand why a business who spends so much time and money on advertisement would not call and confirm the contract and also call and confirm and appointment for work.

The installer was terrific - fast & focused on our installation. He answered all our questions and now we can breathe sighs of relief as the winter winds & rain begin. We didn't need new gutters - we needed gutter filters & Leaf Filter was the answer.

Very unprofessional sales rep! My 77yo mom had a rep come out and started off with a price of $7500, after her asking more questions the price eventually came down to $2700 only if she had the work done this Saturday. She informed the rep she works Saturday and he had the audacity to ask her to call in to work. She explained that’s not the type of person/employee she is and she can’t do that. He then proceeded to make her feel guilty saying “you know, I have spent a couple hours with you today and I work on commission……” at this point she was feeling very uncomfortable having this man at her house and she thankfully just told him she will have to get back with him. She called me in tears feeling pressured and scared saying “this was always the type of things dad handled but now I have to”. We recently lost my dad. Very uncalled for and I feel he is the type of person who feels they can take advantage of little old ladies!
