They have an excellent product, backed up by science and research. Jonathan Douglas our sales rep was extremely detailed and did everything in his power to help us understand the product and getting it within our budget. The only thing he didn't tell me was that they would make the gutters on-site, which was awesome!

Single mom. Teacher. Taking care of my aging father. My cup of life overflows with responsibilities. And to make it all happen, I need my sanctuary to be a safe place with as few worries as possible. LeafGuard did this for me by ensuring that my gutters remain debris-free, protecting my attic and basement, and pushing water away from my foundation. The crew worked quickly in the rain to pull down the old and put up the LeafGuard. They are seamless and work like a charm. Thank you, LeafGuard, for taking one major worry off my plate! I waited a year to submit my review because I wanted to make sure that it would stand up to our heavy rains, high winds, and heavy snows. While we didn't get much snow, we have had our share of storms. LeafGuard looks and operates as well as it did on Day One!

We like how our home looks.
The only thing is the down spouts have gaps where they are connected to the next section and the cover to clean out is not easy to remove making it a challenge to remove and replace.

The warranty was not honored after the gutters were damage in a storm. The national corporation accepted the call and referred me to the local provider in Joliet, IL. for warranty coverage. The local provider took my message and messages from the contractor doing the repair work. The local provider blocked the contractor and never returned my calls. It looks like Leaf Guard will promise the moon to make the sale, but do nothing for warranty claims.

Nevin Wynn did a fantastic job explaining how LeafGuard gutters work. He answered all of the questions we had. He was thorough. He took pictures and explained to us what needed to be done to make sure we had no more problems with leaves backing up in the gutters. Looking forward to seeing them installed.
