The warranty was not honored after the gutters were damage in a storm. The national corporation accepted the call and referred me to the local provider in Joliet, IL. for warranty coverage. The local provider took my message and messages from the contractor doing the repair work. The local provider blocked the contractor and never returned my calls. It looks like Leaf Guard will promise the moon to make the sale, but do nothing for warranty claims.

Leafguard of Richmond installed leafguard gutters on our home Jan 22, 2002. We love trees. We have oak trees on our property that put out a huge amount of leaves and debris. In 22 years of service, we have never had a clogged gutter or gutter failure. We once had one gutter running slow. Leafguard came out, cleaned the gutter out under lifetime warranty, and charged us nothing. The amount of time saved in not having to clean out gutters for 22 years is worth every penny of investing in Leafguard. I highly recommend leafguard gutters.

Changed the gutter system previous year and it has been top notch experience so far. It is providing me with excellent protection against clogs and keeping my house safe against the water damage which i find very helpful. they haven't worked since they went. They overflow, they leak from underneath and 3 trips to fix them hasn't done any good. The financing wasn't financing it was a credit card scam at 26.99% interest that I had to pay off at one time! NEVER was one word mentioned about a credit card thru synchrony bank. I'd have thrown your rep out of the house. My old gutters were way better than this crap! I've asked for my money back. The answer was no. Some guarantee of satisfaction. Post this I dare you!
